We had excellent service from lotus home care for care for our Mum who struggles with getting dressed in the morning. I highly recommend this Lotus. It's good to know how carefully they screen their carers and genuinely want to make sure that the service is exceptional, something I could never trust other providers with. Great reassurance. Horrible company to work for! Over load you with work , the office staff are completely shocking, no appreciation for picking up shifts and covering left right and centre, send you here there and everywhere, fill you with false information at your interview, 1 of the care co ordinator is like talking to a brick wall no help what so ever!! Tells you false information. Avoid!!!!!

Terrible company! Not turning up for calls on several occasions, refusing to give personal care because there is ‘no time’, and when arranging meetings with office to discuss the several problems they make up excuses to move the appointment and then don’t turn up at the rearranged time because it slipped their mind and are now busy!
