Lovely experienced yoga teacher who does different types of yoga. I was new to yoga and was welcomed into the group by all. this group offers more than just Yoga. going on my first every Yoga retreat soon. More time for me to be me. Love this group

I had been to Tranquillity 21 for various treatments & workshops over the years and was delighted when she started up Yoga classes. Jen does a variety of classes - Seasonal, Restorative, Yin, Menopause - I love them all. My particular favourite being the restorative sessions at her Tranquil Space, such a warm, relaxing and nurturing experience. Jen is a brilliant teacher and puts her heart and soul into her work, the passion she has for what she does shines through. From in person classes to the start of the Tranquil Yogis group when lockdown hit, Jen has always had us covered. I would highly recommend any of Jen's offerings, you won't be disappointed.
