Efficient and anticipated. The login appointments work well. So much better than being in a long queue!!.Go to the Havant council website, check out the waste removal options and register your car reg ,with the yard.

Easy to get in and out of, no vehicle height restrictions so my VW T4 Camper van was okay. Currently an appointment system is in place so had to plan and book ahead but very easy on the website. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Well managed and helpful staff. Did not have to wait long. Only wish there was more of the same bins on both sides, if you were parked at extreme ends, you had far to walk. But not a big deal, probably just felt it as it was a very hot day. I prefer this booking system.

SO easy.From registering to the process of dropping stuff off itself, just first class. Been here on 3 separate occasions. So simple, great layout and staff bend over backwards to be helpful.Most commercial companies could learn a huge amount about logistics and customer service from this site. Fantastic. You should be VERY proud...
