Honestly Scott has made such a difference for us. Having been disappointed by the support received for our little we were sceptical about going back to to a physiotherapist but honestly could not be without Scott’s knowledge and care now! He uses imaginative exercises and works on an individual basis, rather than a blanket rule or exercise. Scott is so warming and has such a way with animals, honestly we really value his thoughts and expertise. I could not recommend Scott highly enough!

Scott is truly a Godsend! Our puppy has turned from being in pain and not walking much to now being a puppy full of life. He loves Scott who is so kind with him and a real animal lover.

Our 9 year old GSD had been struggling with bilateral hip dysplasia that was diagnosed when she was 3. For years we’ve tried every potion , exercise and treatment that we could think of. But of late she was deteriorating to the point that we honestly thought perhaps we were approaching the end of the road. Scott from Vetruvian was recommended to us and although we were initially apprehensive we were very quickly put at ease and felt reassured after seeing how she responded to treatment that she received from him. In all honesty she is like a different dog. She is more sprightly and happy which is a real joy to see. We’ve got our little girl back.Thank you Scott

Scott is a brilliant physio. His very calm confident manner and wonderful love of dogs shines through his treatment. He is very knowledgeable and has many suggestions to help treat my dog myself between treatments. I would definitely recommend him.

We’re so glad we chose Scott to help our extremely lively Labrador with her recovery. During a total hip replacement surgery on our 23 month old lab who has hip dysplasia, a nerve in her leg was damaged, and she had sciatic neuropraxia, which meant she had no ability to control her hind paw when walking.Scott assessed Alice, came up with a treatment plan and we saw him each week for physio and for him to make any adjustments to her plan. We’re now 2 month post op, her paw is recovering and she’s able to walk much better and her knuckling has reduced significantly. There is still a way to go, Scott also referred us to a local hydro centre for further rehabilitation and to build muscle, and were very hopeful our lab will make even more of a recovery.Thank you Scott.

Scott was recommended to us, when our big German Shepherd / Irish wolfhound cross was struggling with his hydrotherapy in the treadmill. Initially we were sceptical that a physio could help, as we had already had CT scans done for our boy, and knew he has arthritis in metacarpals/metatarsals. However, what Scott found (that scans can’t), was that our dog also has very tight muscles along his neck, back and legs (sorry Scott, probably not the right technical terms !) which he has been able to treat and this has made a huge difference to our dog. Scott has also given us exercises to do with our dog in between his visits which are also helping enormously, and he checks in to see how they have been going, and whether we need any further advice. What we love about Scott is that he looks at the whole picture for the dog, and not just the specific injury we had made him aware of. He looks at the history of the dog, and considers any previous injuries and treatments which could have a bearing on the latest issue. He looks at gait analysis, and is also very hands-on in terms of finding where those muscles might be tight – but is always very careful to gauge the dog’s reaction to anything he is doing, so as not to make it painful or stressful for the dog.Scott is also really calm and confident with our dog, and makes sure our dog is comfortable with him again on the day, before he starts any treatment. In fact our dog loves him so much he howls at the window when he sees Scott’s van, and doesn’t stop until he has planted some very wet slobbery kisses on Scott. He loves Scott to bits !We would highly recommend Scott to anyone whose dog is in need of physio – or perhaps is just struggling with their current treatment, or just doesn’t seem quite right physically. Scott is really patient with both the dog and the owners, working with both to make sure we understand the exercises given, and how this will help. He also goes above and beyond expectations in terms of working with other professionals in care of the dog, and working out a full treatment plan. Scott is a kind, caring and passionate professional and we look forward to working with him again whenever our dogs are in need of physio.

Scott is absolutely incredible and has made a massive impact in the recovery of our puppy after double luxation patella surgery. Scott is so calm with our puppy, and was really reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I don't know what we would have done without him! He has implemented exercises and advice tailored to our puppy. Her recovery, to be frank, is well beyond what we had hoped due to Scott's work, exercises, advice and schedule. I value Scott's advice highly and would recommend him whole-heartedly. I can't thank Scott enough for all he has done for our puppy. He managed our expectations and answered every question throughly. Scott was on-hand any time to help us and we feel very lucky to have had his expertise. Scott has made the world of difference to our dog and dramatically improved her quality of life.

Finding Scott has been incredibly helpful in the rehabilitation of my dog, Lady. I had been at my wits end trying to deal with her severe joint issues. I have three rescue dogs and they are tremendously nervous of people (ex puppy farm), impressively they took a real shine to Scott immediately. It’s helpful that he comes to the house as being in their own home means they are much more relaxed. He has been amazing with Lady locating the issues and then creating a treatment plan. He explains everything with clarity and patience which mean that I can do the exercises and massages between visits. He goes above and beyond and is always happy to help. He is warm, friendly, compassionate and professional, he puts you and your pets at ease. My girls look forward to his weekly visits. I had a lot of questions about physiology, diet, exercise and supplements, Scott answered them all in great depth and detail. Lady is improving with Scott’s expertise and support. I would very highly recommend him. Thank you Scott for taking such good care of Lady and the gang.
