James was excellent throughout the whole process of getting an EV charger fitted. At enquiry stage he was really helpful & answered all of my questions - which helped me to choose the right charger for us.Fitting day was really smooth. James is friendly & just quietly & efficiently gets on with the job. Really happy with the charger & would definitely use Polaris again.

Fanatastic communication from James throughout, from quote to installation, the process has been hassle free.I had a slightly awkward area to get the wire to, but now this has been professionally installed and I am extremely pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was very happy with the work that Polaris Energy Solutions did for us last week. We had been having trouble finding anyone to do the ten-yearly check on our solar panels: prior to speaking with Polaris, the only quote that we had received was several thousands just to inspect them. Because Polaris does both solar panels and domestic electrical work, they were able to do a lot more besides check our panels. They repaired a socket, did a full inspection of the house and corrected all of the faults which meant that they were able to provide us with a new EICR certificate, all for less than the only other quote we had received. Very thorough electrician who just got on with the work.

James (and Tom) were very professional, polite and friendly. Great communication throughout the whole process. Answered all questions and talked through the many options available without feeling pressured into anything, which meant I was 100% sure the choices made were perfect for what I needed.Would highly recommend without any hesitation. James has recently installed an EV charger at our property. He was really helpful beforehand when giving guidance about the location of the charger, and gave us various options of unit to choose from. When I mentioned I'd seen one online that I liked the look of, he immediately looked into it for me and became an approved installer of that particular make so that I could go for this unit. On installation day, the team arrived nice and early and had completed the job sooner than I expected. The whole order and installation process was straightforward and smooth running, and they more than deserve a five star rating! I would recommend Polaris to anyone :-)

Sought Advice on getting an EV Charger installed, from start to finish brilliant and honest advice, explained everything in detail and helped me come to a decision on best way to go. Spoke many times on the phone to ask questions and always got good advice, a decision was made and date booked for installation. Turned up on time and cracked on with the Job, taking time to explain everything show me how to use it in detail, set up the device and the app on the phone and again went through everything. Also said if any queries or need help , to just give him a call.Very pleased with the whole process. If you need an EV charger, solar or electrical work, give them a call, they are brilliant, very professional, polite and leave the job really tidy no mess at all, I would have no problem going back to Polaris for more working doing , in fact already asked for another quote for replacing my fusebox and board.
