A couple of staff are friendly but others seem more interested in loudly chatting to each other and on their phones at the till than serving customers or answering questions about stock.

Very nice helpful clerks and very calm atmosphere. Found very quickly what I want to buy (snow boots and ice grip and rain coat), although because of the lack of suitable sizes I hv to then buy online.very good online system and super fast delivery (next day delivery). got 6 things in one go. 60% discount in this season end. good bargain!

I wanted to purchase a jacket from Trespass I had seen earlier in the week. So I traveled to Uxbridge, only to be greeted with the shutters three quarters of the way down and a badly hand written sign that said;“Closed for lunch back at 3.45pm” It was 2.35pm!It is ridiculous to close a shop for over an hour on a Saturday afternoon.Lunch breaks should be staggered, and if not possible, advise customers of a permanent change to your opening hours, so that we know in advance that you will be closed.
