Items arrived on time,I wish it would be packed a little better.Shipping charges were ok,but also could be a little smaller.Not sure what happened,but one of boxes had a blood stain on it.Price was acceptable or probably best a the time.Over all it's recommended seller..

Goods did come from Poland but the price was competitive, communications were excellent and my router arrived on time with a UK power adapter. Very happy and would use again - thanks!

Just had the same as below - bargain price for a 2700X, at £114, then you have to add minimum order surcharge 10% + £20 delivery for a CPU and it brings you in at £150! Nice marketting for a company which such bad reviews... No I will not be buying from them even if they have low prices.

I had a great experience with them when I recently bought a monitor. It was delivered quickly and is pretty awesome - great value for the price. Overall no issues at all and I think the service was very helpful as well.

Please do not be fooled by this company. They are a Polish company pretending to be based in South London. They have a UK number, UK website, UK address and UK email addresses. But they are not in the UK. They had a 27 monitor on their website that I bought in good faith. It was only when I got the tracking number did I realise it was from Poland. This is a problem when something goes wrong which in my case it did. The monitor they sent me was a 24" and when I questioned it they told me that their website was wrong and what I had actually bought was a 24". They then said they would send me the 27"..I waited to only to be told a few days later they did not have one

PROPER DODGY! Ordered a Samsung monitor CRG90 widescreen through my business (sole trader). Took a week to arrive. Then it broke after a weeks use. I contacted Igor who was initially helpful and arranged return. Until they then refused to exchange it or refund it. They sent back photos of physical damage to the screen, and claimed I had done it and would therefore not be covered and would not replace it saying as I was not a consumer they did not have to. I began a dispute and they then sent back more photos this time of a different set of damage and different monitor. I have had to lodge a claim through the court to get the £1000 back they have effectively stolen from me. Please read this and dodge a bullet and DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered an enterprise 12TB hard drive from them, I got charged £15 UPS postage and 3 days later it wasn't even sent, I had to chase them. Because I chased them they then decided it was time to send it and provide a tracking number. I'm not impressed with the service, if I pay a premium service for postage, it has to be posted immediately otherwise just charge a lower rate or if the item wasn't in stock at the very least notify the customer.This is purely poor service, I was close to ask for a refund and go elsewhere to buy my kit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! Complete crooks! Selling faulty goods worth £1000 then refused to fix or replace and blamed me for damage which was NOT the case! Used pics of a different monitor We’re later sent as evidence) my own pictures could prove that it was a different monitor and now currently now going through legal proceedings to get money back!!!

Order a CPU on Friday 29th opted for express delivery and lead to believe via email that I would’ve the item by Tuesday 3rd. No communication after placing order, I had emailed and had to ring up on the Monday to find out where my order was up too. Upon ringing the woman told me they didn’t even have my item in stock and the dispatch date had be moved to the 13th. Absolutely ridiculous, wouldn’t have bought the CPU had I know the long delivery. Pushed my build back now and cost me time and money. No complaints department, unable to refund me on the same day, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Using this company is a huge mistake.1. They pretend to be a UK company. They use a mail forwarding address and are really a Polish company.2. They make it impossible to cancel orders and deny basic consumer rights.3. They have my money and I have no item.Having to claim back through my Card provider.
