My wife and I trained twice a week with Mike ahead of our wedding and I continued with Mike once a week for over a year before recently moving out of the area. We weren't regular exercisers to start with but Mike can tailor the sessions to your fitness levels and he found a great balance between pushing us and keeping it enjoyable! He is clearly passionate about training and fitness, and has an infectious enthusiasm - despite some pretty chilly 6am starts in December!! I'd definitely recommend Mike for anyone looking to improve their fitness at whatever level.

Mike is a great and friendly PT and motivator, esp if you have lack of fitness and/or weight issues. He has been brilliant in getting me back to high intensity and low carb for losing weight. He has also connected me to a great sports massage therapist locally. The therapist called Stanley gave me the strongest muscle treatment for a bad back and shoulders I've ever known. They are quote a team. You can book the massage through Mike, along with other services

Mike is a very enthusiastic and enjoyable personal trainer to work with , as he trains you through very high tempo intense (but enjoyable) workout sessions. His commitment to your well being and body improvement is outstanding and will deliver sharpshooter vision to your technique as you go through the workout regime. The last bit is the winner to me as my technique has always been poor and having someone who will notice how you deliver a rep and to instruct how to do it properly, is very important.Also he will cover your nutrition as well, so you know your eating the right way with your sessions.Highly recommended.Adam

Mike at Mad4fitness is really friendly and enthusiastic. He is very chatty which takes your mind off the exercise! However the exercises are fun and varied so it never gets boring. He is very attentive and the exercises are really effective. Highly recommended!

Mike helped me on my journey to fitness - I found myself heavier and bigger than I had ever been and needed to reshape my thinking and body by a deadline. After 5 weeks visiting Mike once a week I can certainly say my attitude towards food and exercise has positively changed.Mike is a really chatty friendly man that doesn't make you feel self conscious and only aims to inspire you. He offers services that can really help you to stay focused!He has all of the proper equipment (vipr's, kettle bells, boxing equipment, skipping ropes etc) which means if you train outside in the fresh air you get as much benefit as using his gym. Both are great options.Thank you Mike for starting me on my weight loss journey!

Another recommendation for Mike at Mad4fitness!I already noticed a difference in my fitness levels after 2 sessions and his friendly and motivating approach is encouraging to want to keep it up. He focuses on technique to ensure you get the most of your workout, and never makes you feel like you can't do something (sessions are based around individuals' own fitness and goals). The studio space is also good with the right level of equipment - overall, excellent all round!

Mike is easily the best personal trainer I have ever used & someone I will go back to again and again. Due to his experience & immense knowledge of fitness I am achieving goal after goal.I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

I first saw Mike putting someone through their paces on the Rye; I was feeling even more out of shape than normal and was looking for an excuse to get out the house regularly, so I thought why not. A year on and I reckon it was one of the best investments I ever made. Mike really knows his stuff but importantly (to me at least) he makes all this horrible exercise stuff fun and gets great results.
