Hmmm, never again.We thought paying extra will give us nice breakfast and some relaxing time before flight.Food selection was extremely poor, compared to other lounges we used before, this one had not much to offer.Cornflakes were the only option for our child, two types of muffins and that's it.Full English breakfast was missing tomatoes and mushrooms,the wait was long and food was rather warm, not hot.I have to praise the staff. They were really nice, very professional.Two stars for a foosball table - great idea.We will not use it again, just not worth it.

Nice atmosphere with good soft lighting (great for the morning!) and a range of seating types including sofas. Decent range of food and drinks, food being pretty good given the price point. On the down side there were no plates or milk out and the staff seemed a little disorganised although they were pleasant. It also opens at 6am which wasn't massively clear where we booked via Holiday Extras so be careful if you have an early flight!!I would book somewhere else next time as I prefer a bit more luxury but this fits the bill for a bite and a drink with no queue away from the crowds.

Five stars for service (thank you, Dawn). Four for overall experience!We paid for two hours at Gatwick North (lunchtime on Tuesday 17th October 2023). I only booked after I called them to make sure that there would be vegan options for me.I want to thank the staff, namely Dawn for going above and beyond to make sure that I had something to eat. As mentioned, I called and specifically checked that there would be suitable vegan options. There were NOT. Plus the food there was incorrectly labelled. The last time I had sausages and bacon I don't recall them resembling chickpea curry!After speaking with Dawn she promptly apologised for the options, then went next door and obtained fresh salad, vegan pancakes and vegetables.The lounge itself was quite crowded so we ended up sitting in a booth area at the back which said it was 'reserved' but we weren't challenged.The tables were dirty with lots of food from previous people scattered about. Plus food was on the floor with little signs of anything being cleared up.The ONLY reason I am giving four stars is because of Dawn.We feel it this was really poor value for money and very unlikely we'll be using the lounge again.

It's okay and could be good. Has the best views of walls and skips. Food very popular with customers, so much so that staff struggled to refill food, plates and cutlery fast enough at lunchtime rush, especially less visible items such as nacho cheese sauce. Place littered with used plates and glasses with leftovers of watery curry for most of visit. On the plus side, most staff seem genuinely welcoming and friendly despite being understaffed during recent visit; really nice self serve wine and pancakes, and pleasant enough atmosphere provided no loud groups are there when you visit. If they fix the food service element during peak demands it would be a four star review.

Superb customer service received from Dawn, OJ and Lewis on the 13th December during my visit. Nothing was too much trouble, including assisting me in finding a quiet spot to hold a business call. (Atmosphere only given 3 stars because it was very noisy in the lounge from the background music and people talking).

Not worth the money! Very poor selection of breakfast food. Pancake machine not working, cold beans, sausage, scrambled egg and bacon the only warm breakfast choice, along with tinned and frozen fruit, cheap muffins and cold crossaints. The only fresh fruit are bowls of oranges dotted around the lounge which were filled with some rotten soft oranges. Drinks and comfortable seats are just about the only good thing about this place.

Useless.Doesn't open on time.This has now happened to us several times.On a pm flight we were all asked to leave at 4pm!!!!2 people trying to do their best but understaffed.Moved to another lounge and a challenge gaining access.Spend the extra money and go elsewhere as to much stress when starting a holiday.

First time using the lounge. Booking in was quick and easy, assisted by Dawn.Not the biggest lounge but atmosphere was cosy and welcoming.Although there wasn’t the biggest of food selection, it was constantly topped up.Really liked that the drinks were also self service.All workers ( Dawn, OJ, Lewis) constantly on the move and providing assistance if required.Will definitely return.
