Halfords - Chadwell Heath

Honestly, guys...to pay 15£ for a 10 points check and to have the guy checking the tire pressure and the health of it with fingers...I could have done it for free. The oil was checked because I asked. Also a top up for screen wash that was already done by me....so what's more to ask? If I am a woman, doesn’t mean that I am also an idiot. I pay for services that I should receive. Not a guy on the phone, really.

Absolutely terrible customer service, lazy and rude staff & manager too, don't have a clue what they doing there. They tried to put wrong battery in my car and overcharged me for fitting too. It would have seriously damaged my car. I'll never go there again. Avoid this store please.I agree with Daniel, it won't be long for this store to close down for good...... Their fitting service is done by cowboys, I had to pay other garage to refit my battery! It's frustrating.

Husband took his bicycle for a safety check. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful including the guy who helped us tie the bike safely when taking home in the car. Would highly recommend this store and workshop.

This store is rubbish- best avoided like plague.I had a cycle for collection. There was a guy with name Abhi who didn’t know how to handle LoC payments. He called one of the guys who’s familiar with it. The guy-Jack- in cycle section has cancelled my order. When I questioned him, he was rude. When I raised this to store manager, they were not really concerned about handling it.Poor customer service overall.

The staff at the customer, attended to me without delay. He and the engineer that looked at my car did a wonderful and amazing job. Both of them should keep their good job up.

Poor customer service, Arrogant and Unfriendly staff, who takes every opportunity they can to rip off money from customers!As I was cycling nearby, had a puncture. I went to Halford's shop, in Chadwell Heath, to buy an inner tube and asked stuff If I could borrow the pump as I was replacing the inner tube by myself, but they refused to let me borrow the pump. I was there in front of them! I was not going to run away with their pump! I bought FOUR, not ONE inner tube, to make sure I was spending some money in the shop, and I wasn't there just to ask them for a little favor! They refused it! Unbelievable! So, I returned the four inner tube back and asked them for a refund and then decided to try another bike shop just 200m further down the road, where I was able to borrow a pump and fix my bike inside the shop for free! Thank you very much for your excellent customer service, Halfords!

I have booked a bike service in advance and was told I should leave the bike in the morning and will be able to collect it in the evening. Brought my bike on Friday morning, was told someone was not feeling well so there might be a delay. today is Monday evening. 4 days and still no signs of service being completed.I regret buying a bike servicing plan with Halfords. Better choice would be to use bike store instead!

Had a 10 point winter check on my car. The man who carried this out was so friendly & informative. All staff there are friendly and helpful. Recommend
