The experience is good. The reception answered my concern and also provided help.

Easy and convenient - well priced. There are some steep stairs to the front door / fine for me but not my mother. Staff helped so that is a plus!

The person at this location was very pleasant and allowed us time to sit in the lobby and sort out our things. He then asked us to photograph the bags and took them to a back room. I assumed that some sort of seal or tag would be placed on the bags but it wasn't. Perhaps this is a misunderstanding on my part. Retrieved the bags quite late around 2100 and again, same pleasant experience.

Really quick booking on the app and check in. You and the storage person take a photo of your luggage and that’s it! Not sure if it is the safest option, but it went well for us.

Very good location close to Paddington station, particularly convenient if one is in transit to Heathrow airport. Other reviews gave warning about the couple of steps to get in which is challenging with heavy / large bags, but not a major issue. Very friendly staff and easy drop-off and collection process.

It was a great place to leave our luggage we were so lost when we got to London Paddington station and couldn’t check-in early into our airbnb. But downloaded Bounce & found this storage place with great reviews so we booked 22 bags since we were 10 people. It was a few minutes walking distsnce from the Paddington station. So we left our luggage and spent the day sightseeing London. They took good care of our luggages from 3pm to around 9:30pm. You can change and update the pickup times in the app, we had to do that 3 times since we got lost on the bus for a few hours but had no problems with the storage place. They were so nice & professional. Thank you for a great service!

Close to Paddington train station and easy to find from the app. App is very easy to use and booking done without any problem. Bar code scanned from phone in the hotel and bag safely stored. Used the same place two days in a row.Only thing to say was I got a message on the bounce app that my bag had checked out at 7.45 yet I was still on train on way to collect. I was concerned but when I got there it was still safely stored. Phew .

Easy to find and hassle-free service.For some reason the QR code for my booking didn’t work but they resolved this quickly for me at Norfolk Inn.
