I am writing this on behalf of my husband Tony and would like to thank Keeley for all her help last year when she visited our home. Her compassion, understanding and Professional care was outstanding. She has improved my husband’s life so much as he is now able to join in with conversations without getting anxious.He was provided with an excellent care package which included instructions and necessary items to enable him to maintain his aid when needed. I called Key to Hearing because they are independent of the hearing aid manufacturers and could provide a range of options.The service provided is excellent, Keeley is patient, deals with everything in detail, took time to talk through all the options, all the pros and cons and I am really pleased with the outcome.I could not recommend this service more highly.

In October last year my sister who had been wearing hearing aids for the last 3 years decided she needed a more up to date model in order to hear more clearly. I found Key to Hearing and arranged a home visit for her which was extremely comprehensive. Keeley explained to her the pros and cons of the aids available to her and the cost in order for her to make her choice. When they were fitted Keeley ensured that my sister knew how to adjust them to meet her needs, eating out in noisy restaurants or watching TV. Further 2 appointments were made at monthly intervals to ensure that they were meeting her requirements and any adjustments were made. My sister has had her 1st 6 monthly check up which is part of the service.Keeley is extremely knowledgable, has a lot of patience and nothing is too much trouble and is very friendly. This is the second home visit company my sister has used and the service given was far superior and she highly recommends Keeley and her husband Will.

Keeley has recently supplied my husband with his first hearing aids. We could not be more pleased with her service and her style. She is always accessible, kind, unstintingly patient, pays complete attention to detail and was willing to change from his first choice to a different aid, resulting in a happy customer!It is lovely to have a professional make home visits and offer such a full service. I have had problems with my hearing for a few years and finally at last decided to do something to improve same. I was recommended to Key to Hearing by a friend who had used their services and assured me as was the case that I would not be subjected to high pressure selling. I was impressed by Keeley's professionalism at our initial consultation and subsequent appointments. The after care service for my aids has been second to none and I thank Keeley for restoring my hearing to a quality I had forgotten

Being new to the world of hearing aids I researched on line and was very impressed with the Key to Hearing web site and reviews. From the first contact everything was super efficient.
