Mae, along with all the staff in the salon, is always so warm and welcoming. She also listens really carefully to what I think I might want, then gives her honest opinion about what will suit me or not suit me. Overall really happy with the result and will definitely be back.

Not very well organised, and poor communication throughout. Standard service.I had called to book an appointment yesterday, and was told I'd have to pay a deposit and an email would be sent through - this was not a problem. No email was sent to me so I emailed the salon as I thought the email might have been written down incorrectly. I had no reply.Got a message today at 11:30am reminding me of the appointment. I drove over half an hour to get to Shrewsbury and turned up for my appointment to be met with I'm running 20 minutes late that's ok isn't it?". I said well not really

Been coming here a few years now and they always do a brilliant job on both my and my daughter’s hair. Friendly staff who are all really welcoming. Definitely recommend.

I visited the salon for the first time today and had my cut and colour done to perfection by Mae. I have fallen in love with the rose gold pink colour and beautiful root colour which looks incredible. I feel like a new woman! It's a lovely atmosphere in the salon and Mae is a really warm, friendly and talented stylist. I have already booked to go back in November and will be recommending to friends and family.

Always a fantastic haircut and colour by Mae. She always knows exactly what I want despite me not knowing myself! Mae is so easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease knowing the haircut will be perfect every time. After having my hair done by Mae for over two years, it feels as though I am just going for a chat with a friend and getting a gorgeous haircut at the same time.

Charlotte has been doing my hair for years now and just wanted to say she’s amazing takes the time to ask and talk to you about what you want and what’s best for you . Amazing thank you and thank you too to the lovely juniors all are great and enthusiastic.

Judgemental atmosphere. I was excited to finally treat myself and get my hair done after 2 years. I chose this salon due to reviews and being new to Shrewsbury. I phoned and was given a last minute appointment with 'Loui'. I came in for my patch test that day. During this time I was asked further about what I wanted. On multiple occasions, the girls gave eachother looks, sniggered and smirked at me. I was explaining about how I hadn't had my hair done and had the remarks 'we can tell', 'scraggly' & 'very damaged'. I had another remark of 'oh you're with loui aren't you' - and then the girls started laughing. I was very uncomfortable. The door was still open as I left and walked a few steps outside - I heard indistinct chatter and a unanimous roar of laughter. I phoned back not long after to cancel the appointment, leaving a voicemail as they didn't answer despite being near the desk. - 31/08/23

Always a pleasure. Rachael goes above and beyond to make sure that I am 100 % happy and Louis is also very good. They are experts at colouring and I have recommended to friends and family.

lovely salon very welcoming and friendly! sophie did my hair & loui my cut they got it exactly how i wanted.. even got to sit on a massage chair whilst my hair developed.. will 100% be returning!!
