Absolutely amazing service. Had an issue with a broken hand break on our Basecamp 2 and liaised with Mark who was super efficient, job completed to perfection and really easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend! We’ll be using Leisure Van Services again in the future! Thanks again!

Mark from Leisure Van Services has done a couple of jobs for me. Firstly he professionally replaced the wiring harness on my 3 year old caravan which was damaged by a recovery vehicle after my car broke down. The job wasn’t bodged, it was repaired as it was when first built. Also Mark kindly offered to help me out after I was attacked by another persons dog. He didn’t have to but did drive me to the local A&E.After receiving such good service I decided to ask Mark to do the yearly caravan service. I couldn’t be at the storage facility at the time but left Mark the keys and he did the service as stated by the approved workshop service schedule, book stamped too.There were also a couple of small jobs I needed doing, one being a minor scratch, Mark removed the scratch, it’s hardly visible at all now.Since the service I have recommended Mark to another person and that person did also use Mark and is also happy with the service.I cannot rate Marks professionalism highly enough. There are enough ‘cowboys’ out there but I am very pleased to have found Leisure Van Services and Mark, a nice, decent man to do what I require as I like to have things done properly.Thank you Mark, I will continue to recommend and use Leisure Van Services again in the future!

Mark did a fantastic job of fixing some faulty hobs in our motorhome. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything really clearly. He also offered us lots of useful advice along the way - we would definitely recommend.

Mark diagnosed and rectified a problem with the water pump on my Bongo conversion. He was very patient and professional, explaining each step. Fully confident in the service he gave. Would recommend him and use him again if needed.

Mark was excellent, came out to a problem with electrics in the van. Was thorough and left us with the problem rectified and explained thoroughly the issue and what needed to be sorted. Very quick and efficient service

We had a problem with our mains/battery charging system while on an extended trip to the West Country. I contacted Mark who was local to the site we were on. He came the same day, diagnosed the issue as the charger unit. (Which I now realize that I had damaged by connecting the caravan to an old generator). Mark ordered the part and returned to fit it as soon as he received it. Great communication, knowledge and professionalism throughout. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Much more knowledgeable than employees at local motorhome dealers. Sensible pricing and convenience of being mobile. Very knowledgable about the wide range of skills needed to keep campervans etc safely on the road.

He was prompt in getting back to us , extremely helpful , resolved the issue that we had (He came out to the campsite we were staying on) and was very reasonable cost wise.
