I started doing Lucy’s online yoga classes a couple of months ago. Lucy has a lovely teaching style and is very experienced in different types of yoga, classes are relaxed and everyone feels welcome. If you have a medical condition Lucy also advises what to do (and what not to do!). Highly recommended.

Lucy is brilliant. Her classes always leave me feeling rejuvenated - I enjoyed face to face classes and then the online pregnancy course she ran during lock down. Lucy is personable and caring and I love the balance she strikes between the body, mind and spirit aspects of yoga.
