Tyne Champion Cleaning North

Deep clean wasn't completed to the standard advertised and flat still remains dirty in parts. Explained that windows cannot be opened due to indoor cats which was ignored and now a cat is missing. They threw out items without permission or mentioning it. No real apology given from the cleaner or the company and no compensation given. Keep being told will be called back and doesn't happen.

Paid for an ‘end of tenancy cleaning, and it was THE WORST SERVICE I have EVER received. They left two bins bags in my kitchen that leaked bin juice onto my floor, causing £365 of damage. They refused to cover the damage or at the very least refund me. I was dealing with a woman that spoke poor English and eventually blocked me. I cannot stress enough that you DO NOT USE this company. Terrible service, terrible communication and nasty to deal with. If you want to cause actual damage to your property, this is the ‘cleaning’ service for you. I repeat DO NOT USE Tyne Champion Cleaning service.

This company did a brilliant job, house spotless after finishing. The lady who cleaned the house was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend

The team came and were amazing. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. Very professional, very thorough and have made things cleaner than I thought possible. Would recommend to anyone who needs a deep clean including carpets and appliances. Brilliant job done and super impressed.

I was very impressed with the service I received, they came out very short notice and cleaned our new property from top to bottom to such a high standard. We were then able to move things in straight away with a huge weight lifted from our shoulders. I would definitely use again.

The cleaner didn't do what was asked, on top of that after I informed them to be careful with the windows because the cats would escape, they paid no mind to it. As a result, one of my cats has gone missing. When I called to inform them of this, they said they would call me back in 30 minutes, but didn't, and then it was impossible to get through to them. Cleaner also threw away several items without consulting me at all.All in all, not professional, and have very little regard for what the owners of the home say. Currently refusing to give even half of a refund despite only sending one cleaner when two were promised.

Just hung up on me. It took 3-4 for someone to contact me in response to a job. I politely told them that I've went with somebody else now but thanks for returning the call. No response they just hung up.I can't rate the actual cleaning service but if its as good as their people skills I'd stay clear.

Great service, two ladies deep cleaned our apartment, quickly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

The team of 3 arrived on time, they were all cheerful, polite and respectful. Did an amazing job of cleaning my late mother's house ready for sale. Reasonably priced, good communication. Cleaned carpets, skirting boards, door frames and doors, bathroom suite, kitchen cupboards inside and out, where the cooker had been and where the fridge had been were particularly bad and they did a brilliant job there, the gas fire in the living room was all marked with splashes and spills and they transformed it, also the cooker which was to be left in the property was in a terrible state and they made it like new again. Would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done, Thank you.

Unreliable. Planned a regular clean up with them and booked 4 Hours for the first clean because I had guests coming. They confirmed. On the day an hour after the expected arrival time, no one came. Called several times no response and texted. Finally got a response to be told their staff will have the second covid shot today (we all know this is booked in advance!). Asked can they come next day in the morning. No response.Wasted a day off work specially for them and left me in a pickle. Luckily spoke to daisy maid and explained the situation they went above and beyond and sent me two cleaners to sort me next day in the morning. Communication and punctuality is a world apart. Would not recommend.
