Absolutely love Phehaligons in York Designer Outlet.Couture perfume that's unisex.Expensive but so worth it.Wide range of fragrances, each and everyone very unique.Staff very friendly and very helpful.Love it.

Recently visited the york outlet storeLove the smells wafting from this place. Such a fab experience if you love your top notch fragrances and packagingThe staff are lovely too .So helpful and ‘not in your face’!I opted for the Empressa this time around .But will be back to invest for another great fragrance on my next visit.

Came to to the York store, Janet Wheatley was so helpful! She has amazing customer service! And if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have purchased! Defo deserves a pay rise! She holds the store up!

Introduced to this shop by my friend. Treated myself to a graduation gift after working hard on final dissertation. I felt at home the customer service was excellent. I think I spent an hour in this shop chatting. I really connected with owners we talked about Zimbabwe and both of the have visited my country. I was given free gifts and ribbons to use on my girls. The owners are beautiful human beings and extraordinary ❤️.

Visited earlier this week. Nice store, but the Halfeti body oil was out of stock at £37. Yes I can buy it online for £60, but why would I?; expect it will be a long time before I return to this outlet!

Lovely shop and very friendly staff, they don't make you feel uncomfortable like some shops. Beautiful perfumes too

Have shop here for many years and I find the staff very helpful and Penhaligon’s must be one of the top Niche Brands, remember this is an outlet so you will not find the range of the normal high street shop.
