I’ve been going to Lily for the last 4 years for my hair and every time she has outdone her self! I’ve always left with my hair looking and feeling amazing! I’ve always let her do what she thinks best for my hair and every time it has turned out amazing, she is so friendly and chatty and I always look forward to my hair appointments!

First time coming to this salon had been recommended by a relative.The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.I was greeted warmly asked if I’d like a drink within a minute of arriving.The whole look and atmosphere of the salon is lovely.I was approached by senior stylist Felicia she made me feel so at ease within minutes I knew she understood what style I wanted.The lovely young lady who washed my hair was a ray of sunshine.I came away over the moon and felt like a new woman. Thank you to everyone will definitely make it my permanent salon.Highly recommend

Love my hair ! I had a haircut with Tia- she is so lovely and is really good at understanding what you want. She told me how to style my hair also and made sure I was happy with the result. The haircut included a shampoo and a blow-dry and either curl or straightening at the end which makes it so worth while and worth it. Completely recommend!

First time at this salon and not the last! I had highlights and a cut with Rose and felt like a celeb. Such attention to detail and everyone made me feel so well looked after. Rose was really lovely and I came out feeling like I'd had a real treat. 100% recommend.

If you visit Paige and her team you will a friendly warm greeting at the door, a refreshment in minutes, coat hung and great comms on where your stylist is. That is usually the start of a wonderful hour or two in the hands of this talented bunch. They'll give you the hair you dream of, or inspire you with something new. Highly recommend Westrow West Park - Paige and team are absolutely fantastic. I always feel really comfortable and well looked after, as every member of staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Booked Westrow for my wedding day and has been the best decision I have made - they pay such attention to detail and really offer the best customer service. Couldn't recommend them enough! I had a cut and colour with Tia today and it was such a wonderful experience. We decided to go for a complete restyle and Tia payed so much attention and care to my hair. The colour is so rich and beautiful, service professional, and cut is really precise and pretty. I love Westrow, they're such a fab salon!

My hair is not great, went in for a natural blonde which shouldn't be difficult as I'm a natural dark blonde but wanted it to look as though I'd been on holiday for a couple of months. Have come out looking as though I've done it myself, with over bleached highlights in odd areas. Not a natural look at all and left sitting there in silence for over 2 hours as Tia could not be bothered speaking to me, not the experience or look that I was after. Such a shame after reading all the amazing reviews. Not the experience that I was after at all. I'm sorry to say that it's the first time that I've never left a tip!
