The Dental Design Studio

Cannot describe how happy I am with this practice. Have a genuine fear of the dentist and I would take annual leave to travel to Nottingham to continue seeing the family dentist who I trusted and had great bedside manner. When I started to get toothache and couldn't go to Nottingham I tried a Bupa dentist in London and the woman was arrogant, not gentle, and quoted me nearly £3k for fillings. Found Dental Design Studio on list of NHS dentists and it couldn't have been better. Ravi was amazingly kind and gentle and didn't rush and explained what he was doing and why. He is clearly an excellent dentist and did a great job with my filings but he is also warm and welcoming and put me at complete ease throughout the 5 visits. The reception staff and Ravi's assistant were equally welcoming and seemed passionate about what they were doing. Couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Absolutely lovely staff that are always happy and accommodating. The hygienist is excellent at her job and goes out the way to make sure you have an excellent clean as well as giving sound advice. Receptionist is always happy and smiling when booking and rebooking appointments. All of this adds to a happy working environment and family atmosphere... You know you are being taken care off!!! ;)

I am very pleased to have found this place. Everyone in the clinic is so lovely and helpful that I now feel completely at ease and comfortable with seeing the dentist. Many thanks to Dr Ravi, Anna and Marina who always manage to put a smile on my face.

My trips to the dentist turned out to be very positive. I been visiting Dr. Razia Merali at the clinic regularly and each time the dental treatment I am booked in for has been performed so well, there’s never been any issues afterward. She’s kind, very reassuring and provides me with information about my teeth as well as guidance on how to best look after them. Aiming for that perfect smile :)!

The whole staff is lovely and very professional. Dr Roshan Patel is very gentle and explains everything he is doing so it is very reassuring if you are scared.5 stars well earned and I will definitely recommend to go to the cabinet

Don't get me wrong, the dentists and nurses are great when you get there, but communicating with the practice is appalling. I've been going to the practice for the past 15 years, and they still don't seem to get a handle on it. I don't understand why they don't make sure someone either answers their phones, or get one of those new online booking systems many other practices are using.Don't get me started on their referrals. There has been significant delays in referrals reaching hospitals and even not being sent to them.

A comfortable and reassuring experience! My dental hygienist, Sue, and dental nurse, Alison, were excellent! Putting me at ease throughout the procedure, allaying fears. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The dental practise had an excellent customer service (text message to remind about the appointment and extremely kind to rearrange if needed). Moreover exceptional professionalism from Dr. Nahal Sadry, she is excellent in reassuring and explaining the practise(s) throughout the process (very happy to take the time to answer any questions).

Small dental practise, some equipment was broken, staff friendly, however prices are exploitative. I was quoted one price over the phone and another in person - £59 for an appointment and £19 for a single X-Ray please be aware before you go.
