Went to order a new vehicle and met a lovely sales guy there. Placed the order for a new Qashqai and waited. After a couple of months of not hearing anything, I called to find out what was happening. Turns out the sales guy had left and no one had picked up his customers. At this stage, we were then introduced to George. What a breath of fresh air. He then kept us updated each month and informed us whenever the dates had changed. Everything was prompt and professional with him and then we had to arrange collection of the car. When we went in, we met George for the first time and nothing was too much trouble. The handover was a fantastic experience and made us forget about the initial communication problems.I cannot recommend George highly enough - if you need a new Nissan, pay a visit to Derby and ask for him. Very polite and genuine young man and a credit to the company. Thank you George.

Fantastic first experience here. Needed a decent used family car and saw one I liked. Salesman helped me and took my other car as part ex, gave me a great price quickly and sorted the exchange very very quickly. No complaints and nothing but praise so far. The car was prepped to a good quality for handover and the after sales has been excellent too.

Our sales assistant Bridie was amazing,she really looked after us and showed us a few cars on the parking lot,I upgraded my nissan juke and Bridie even let us try my partner's scooter to see if it would fit in the boot, excellent service and would highly recommend Bristol street motors in derby. The manager of the branch even made sure we were satisfied with the car and the service that they provided before we drove off.

This is the third new Qashqai I have purchased from Bristol Street Motors and Bridie Hartley has looked after me the last 2 times. Her customer service is excellent and made the whole process straightforward and simple. I felt reassured throughout. I am delighted with the car which is the e power version and the car was prepared superbly for handover.

My only regret was not coming to this dealership before purchasing two terrible vehicles! However 3rd time lucky! Had excellent customer service from Bridie, even a very detailed video which she took in terrible weather conditions prior to my visit. Very happy with my new car, although used it is in excellent condition. Thank you!

I had a very good experience from the sales team from the intial stages of purchase and ongoing updates whilst waiting for the car to arrive. In particular Bridie Hartley and Abraham were both very good in keeping the customer well informed and kept the handover smooth and informative with ample time. I will always recommend this dealership compared to others due to the experience of the staff and ongoing support.
