Had quite a few motorbike accessories and stuff over the years, today 7/9/23, they went above and beyond for me, fitted a tyre with only a couple of hours notice, would definitely recommend, thankyou guys at thorncraft A1 service

Popped in after a few failed attempt to source the correct part for my scooter. The staff spent a few minutes sifting through books, popped through the back and came back with the much needed parts. Great service. A little Aladdin’s Cave, well worth a trip. A+++

Last year I spent thousands up there on parts and bits for my bikes, spent hundreds in fuel taking stuff back from them passing me wrong bits, this year I asked if they would replace cases on my engine, they said 2 months, I asked ok then what if I bring just the bottom end will you split it, 2 months I got told again and then to top it off, I asked a friend to pick up a part as iv no car and they are around 2 miles away, guess what, passed him the wrong bit so the day after I ended up walking it all the way there for them to try and pass me a used tool. Never again will I be bothering with there or any other bike shop, il do my own work instead.

You need it, they have it in stock, you go get it, fit it, job done. Amazing thanks guys.

I took my motorbike for an MOT, and it was charged £150. However, they didn't even fix what I actually needed. They kept it for two weeks and did nothing useful. The exhaust system was fixed with a piece of wood. Dont waste you money and time :)

Walked in and bought two inner tubes cost me 12.50 AMAZING price would definitely recommend.

Called in today to get a helmet for my 7 year old grandson for his quad bike. Excellent advice on fitting, good quality and price. Very helpful staff.

Don't like it I think it's over priced and there attitude stinks
