I submitted my details with address and postcode, was thrilled to hear Paul could come out more or less next day to see the house. Took the day off work and waited, few minutes past arrival time, after a bit of back and fore, discover I'm outside of the franchise area. I gave my postcode with my initial enquiry so I'm very disappointed that my day was wasted like this. Now have to take another day off for another company to come out. Very disappointed that this wasn't picked up at the time I submitted my enquiry. Not blaming Paul, as he was nice about it on the phone, but rathe blaming the setup with Pestforce. Would not recommend.

Phoned Paul at 3pm last Thursday and he arrived in St. Andrews an hour later. He had good knowledge of the wasp problem I had and broke the bad news that I had 2 nests! The bigger one was in the loft. Up he went with full kit on and proceeded to exterminate the wasps and pull the hive apart. It was nestled between joists and hard to get to but Paul did a good job and showed me the carnage in the loft after he was finished. He then moved on to the 2nd nest which was totally encased between dormer roof and ceiling. Following the wasp access point Paul sprayed insecticide and other chemicals in the small hole and after 20 minutes or so declared the job done. The cost was as mentioned on the phone. No hidden extras which makes such a big difference these days. I watched the roof over the next three days and the wasps left outside quickly vanished. Its now a week later and no recurrence of the problem. A great professional job. Thanks.

I phoned just before lunchtime, Paul was over in Fife and said he would make an effort to come over later in the day. Paul turned up just after 2.00pm, went into my loft, to remove a wasp nest I phoned him about, told me there were another two, removed all three, which were the size of a large pumpkin,I would highly recommend Paul, great service and a fair price.

Paul was excellent in dealing with our recent rodent problem. The traps were effective and he offered excellent advice as well as some much needed reassurance (I was slightly freaked out after finding a LIVE mouse in my bed). I would 100% recommend going with Pestforce, if the mice return I know who to call! :)

Pestforce Dundee were fantastic. I noticed there was a small wasp nest in the eaves of our house. I text Paul late in the evening (I knew it was late and didn't expect a reply that evening). However, I received a response almost instantly. He came the next day at the exact time agreed. I found Paul Friendly / Polite / Professional and he charged a very reasonable price.

Paul was absolutely brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and made the what’s and why’s very clear. We agreed on a visit plan where he visited every Monday for 3 weeks. First week was proofing and baiting the other two were progress follow ups - our small problem disappeared after the first week. Very friendly service, always in contact and on time. We had a pest issue at our flat which needed urgent attention. After contacting Paul, a visit to the property was arranged immediately which lead to Paul dealing with the problem at our flat. Overall, a friendly/professional service which I would happily use again!
