DAR Animal Rescue

I cannot fault DAR. These people give up their time to help animals and people with animal welfare concerns. The effort they put in is 100%.I think people should take into account that the volunteers are giving up their personal time and may not be sitting manning the phone 24 hours a day, but will and do their absolute best! They responded to my needs in less than hour via Facebook and never stopped until they had secured our beloved dog the perfect home, due to change in our circumstances we were unable to keep him. It was an agonising decision which we spent 10 months trying to find a solution. DAR were incredible! Their professional attitude and pure dedication has made this heartbreaking decision tolerable for us. I cannot thank them enough!

We adopted our cat Vinny here last year on the 25th of November all the staff where soooo kind and take good care of the cats they helped us out so much thanks to all the employees volunteering there

A very sick kitten turned up on the doorstep last week. I've rang, left messages, emailed, I even rang AllPets. All to no avail. I don't have any disposable income left to take the kitten to a vet. I would love to keep him but we can't afford it. I'm at a loss.

Lisa fostered 4 abandoned kittens and their mum who had turned up on our doorstep. Kind, organised and good clear communication unlike other animal welfare organizations we approached.Worth adding to your list of charities to contribute to.

Hope they can find new premises after their lease runs out. Doing amazing work. We got our beautiful cat from them nearly 10 years ago
