Having used Dougan Residential for a sale in 2019 had no hesitation engaging then again. A very professional and friendly service and, bearing in mind the Covid difficulties, was very grateful to Michael Graham for all his work and especially for accompanying viewers to the unoccupied property. Just recently sold and apartment through Dougan Residential. Tony Adams had a fantastic insight into the local apartment market and was able to secure a purchaser very quickly. Very professional service and experience clearly showed with Tony who covered off the finer detail to get the sale complete, without which it may well have fallen apart.Highly recommended!

From the moment I called them to completion it has been flawless. When I first called to get a valuation they answered the phone immediately, no waiting or leaving voice messages. The next day they were out and by the end of the week the house was on the market. A day later we had sold and from then on all communication was just as good. When I rang or emailed Tony there was an almost immediate friendly and professional answer to any of my questions.
