DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE LADIES.Absolutely awful experience, one of my nails is actually slanted. I told her it wasn’t on straight and she ignored me and continued what she was doing. All my nails are thick and then really thin at the end. So uneven. My nail varnish is absolutely awful, almost like it’s in separate layers, the top coat only covers half my nail. I ended up paying £30 but says £24 on the window. I’ve had my nails done for 3 days and 1 has snapped. Will never return to this shop.

When I first walked in I was told to take a seat in the waiting area, it looked clean and tidy.There was a lady seeing to one women but constantly lifting her head up to see who had arrived and was telling people to sit and wait. One person would sit and have one eye brow done then the lady would call someone else over to the other empty seat and start on their eyebrows, she would do one, then go back to the other person.. She was trying to secure as many people as possible to avoid people walking out.The two girls working there talk constantly over you in their own language as if you are not there, it’s abit uncomfortable to be honest.The lady before we was told “we don’t have the eyelashes you want you will get the ones we have”. She was abit apprehensive but was already in the chair and didn’t feel like she could then say no.It was my turn! I asked for a eyebrow thread and a top lip WAX.What did I get? A rushed eyebrow thread, and a top lip THREAD! The lady who did my threading was awfully rude and chewed gum constantly right in my face the entire time.I’ve since chosen not to go back.

I went in for shellac hands. Immediately the woman doing the cuticle cut really hurt my nails! She the filed my nails so hard to cut the skin around the nail. She then applied the shellac incorrectly and too thick so it bubbled, meaning she had to remove the whole lot and someone else had to come over and re-do the nails. Even then, they looked AWFUL!! There was a mess around the nails and didn't offer to clean this up. She still charged my full price. The worst place I have been. I ended up removing the shellac once I'd got home and had to apply antiseptic cream to the cuts around my nails.

I got bought a gift voucher for this shop for my birthday to get my nails done to then find out they don't do acrylic nails anymore!!Even though they still have all the signs up to say they do acrylics! When speaking to the manager I couldn’t get my money back & was basically told it was tough & to try & sell it!!!So now I have a gift voucher with no use!

Went to get an eyebrow wax. When the lady finished and showed me one was so thin she asked if it was ok I replied no one is thinner than the other. She grunted at me and went back to wax the thicker eyebrow. Showed me again and asked if they are better now. At this point I did not want her to touch them anymore. I paid 8 pound to get half of my eyebrows ripped out. So stay away if you like your eyebrows

The staff is very welcoming and the atmospher relaxing. I had a shellac manicure well executed. So far I am happy with the result, the guidance and the service. I also have my eyebrows done, which I like. Thank you :)

I visited here on a last minute basis to have my eye brows waxed, the girls in there were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful and done a great job! Prices were more than reasonable and I’d like to add that I didn’t make an appointment but they seen to me straight away :) Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer!

Had my nails done here post covid. Member of staff was lovely and friendly. However, the shellac nails weren't great,which was a shame. Lasted almost 2 weeks which is amazing for me, but it was uneven and when it came to paying, she charged me half price due to how they looked.

Always go to Singar for my waxing, eyelash tinting, lifting & eyebrow waxing/threading & tinting. All the staff are very skilled & friendly, but my favourite is Saima; she’s always smiling & happy, plus she makes me feel comfortable, is efficient & gives me great tips on how to take care of my skin, hair etc. The price point at this salon is also really good. Thank you ladies :-)
