She called back on the same day and properly qualified me and was honest about what the vendors were looking for and what competition was like on the property. I really appreciated that as it saved me, the vendor and Nikki time on a viewing that wasn’t going to be a good fit.But that experience as a buyer, on a Sunday afternoon really stood out to me.It’s worth noting in the last year (2023). She also marketed our house on her Instagram, which is another big selling point. She’ll trail houses about to drop on the market, and present them in an attractive and intriguing way to build interest.Nikki sold our house in a day of viewings. And when we had a buyer drop out, she resold our house within a day or two, despite the market challenges following the mini budget announcements.Throughout the sales process she’s been on hand to support and push things forward. It’s also worth noting how convenient it was to be able to be able to communicate back and forth on WhatsApp.Nikki feels like your agent, she’s on hand to sell your house.
