I had root canal treatment and had a small problem when l rang the receptionist was very helpful and as my dentist was not there she arranged for her to phone me which she did. Always very polite and helpful. Would recommend them.

Brilliant service and a no nonsense approach to a 44yr old baby, thankyou, u have made both our lives much better. Excellent , emergency service is easily accessed, reception staff great, and dentist fantastic

I took my mum here for an emergency appointment. The lady on the phone was nice however, when we got there, the receptionist was very rude and had so much attitude. She spoke to us in a condescending manor asking if my mum had NHS exemption, we repeatedly told her no and she dashed a form for us to read at the back explaining who gets an exemption. We told her again no! When we went to the room to see the dentist, she was was also very rude and just rushed everything! She was full of attitude and looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. Overall I would avoid this dentist and go elsewhere where you get a better service for your money! Avoid Avoid Avoid! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Superb practice. Very kind, courteous and they always do a great job! Martin (who was covering for absence) did an amazing job dealing with my father who suffers from Alzheimer's.

My husband had an emergency appointment, never been here before, highly recommended.Took his tooth out, needed stitches wouldn't let him go until bleeding stopped...excellent guy. Shame he is leaving, he is now registered there....

Me and my husband had the usual 6 monthly checkup. The usual dentist is on leave so we were seen by another doctor. So very disappointed, the doctor looked at us from a distance, 7 mins approximately in total, he didn't do any cleaning that comes with this check up and on top I felt once I mentioned the health condition I had even though it was on my record from the beginning, that his attitude was different and it made me think they do not sterilise utensils thoroughly after each patient. My friend is also a patient here, saw same doctor and now has found another dentist because of the poor experience she's had. It's safe to say I won't be going in until my doctor returns from leave. Receptionist and nurse are always nice though.

I can’t praise the Aspire Dagenham team highly enough. They have looked after my elderly mother so well this year. Initially as an emergency patient and more recently as a registered patient. She is delighted with her new denture and is at last pain free.

The staff here are great, and this is the best dentist I’ve had. He’s friendly, explains everything clearly and makes the experience much more enjoyable than most dentists. Definitely recommend

I booked an emergency appointment with them today at 12:25pm. The first lady I spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful. I received a call from them a few minutes later, telling me that I needed to come in earlier at 12pm to fill out some forms. I had no issue doing so (although I would have preferred to have been told this before) I couldn’t fully understand what the woman on the phone was saying, henceforth I asked her politely to repeat herself. She started to have an attitude and asked me “Are you coming or not?” in a very rude manner. That instantly turned me off and for that reason I cancelled my appointment. I don’t wish to go to an establishment where I’m spoken to like a child.

Been a patient for a few years now. Tried to book an appointment, receptionist on the phone no manners at all, very blunt and rude at times, not trying to be helpful at all, so disappointed.
