Aaron Windows 'Double Glazing Bury St Edmunds'

New front door fitting, best price and good finish. Did take a little bit of chasing, but worth the saving.

Very down to earth double glazing business, no hard sell, very good prices, and installation excellent. Only negative comment had to chase several times re installation date.

We have used Aaron Windows for many years and they have always done a fantastic job for us. Fantastic price, great quality and prompt and polite workmen.

Great service. Never try and sell you things you don't want and genuinely really nice people. They may be a little overworked and take a while to get back to you, because they do such a good job and are therefore in demand.I wonder how many of the negative reviews are from competitors!? Or perhaps one off incidents, but I've only heard good things about them from several people.

Very pleased with our conservatory from Aaron Windows, Terry was extremely knowledgeable and came up with some great ideas, the team that came around to do the work were all friendly and very hard working and can't fault there workmanship.

Rang with emergency glazing repair, no return call. Called again and again no return call. Waste of time!

Did not turn up for the appointment. Absolutely rude on the phone. Won't be calling them again for anything. Absolutely shocking. Extremely poor.

Absolutely shocking service. Our deposit was taken on 03.07.2017 and we were told 10 weeks till the windows would be ready. I have made several calls to find out when we could book a proposed installation and i've been fobbed off with call backs which never happen every time. I then get a call today to say their systems (with everyones personal data/ orders) have been hacked and that our windows haven't been made (although they had known of the issue since early June and still took our money in July). Even prior to this we have had to chase the life out of them for quotes to be sent through, the most stressful transaction ever and no sincere apology/ resolution, so disappointing. In our opinion, do not do business with Aaron windows - it's been a complete waste of time.
