I was seen at the appointed time, the hygienist carried out a thorough inspection of my teeth. She explained everything thing that was happening and went through all the srages of the inspection. On completion of the treatment process she explained what was required of me to maintain healthy teeth. Would recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dentist

My past experience at this practice as an NHS patient for many years with Dr Baker has been good. However now the practice has gone private I'm now expected to pay a £75 assessment fee before being able to have my regular checkup. This was explained by the receptionist as This is what we do now before any appointments can be made" plus you have to join a treatment plan. I have now registered with another private practive that only charge for a checkup and don't require any such treatment plan."

I couldn’t rate the service more highly.My dentist is Dr Zahraa Al-Ali, I had initial work done on fillings and an extraction, followed by composite cosmetic work. Zahraa has been superb throughout and been very professional.I have full confidence in the team here and Zahraa and the staff are very nice to deal with too.I have much more confidence in my smile after the work and would recommend to book an appointment for anyone who had been avoiding the dentist for years like I had.

Outrageous price points £75 to turn up and be assessed , then the cost of treatment, I had to have a tooth removed lin the past they struggled to get it out! Had to go to hospital and have 6 stitches,Avoid this dentist .... the soul purpose is to remove money from your pocket not to help customers(if they have any left)

I suffer from severe anxiety with dentists - it sometimes requires every technique in the book for me to endure anything more than a check up. I am always treated with immense sensitivity at Huntingdon Dental Care, given a degree of control, and time. Their kindness makes all the difference to me.

Terrible customer service from the front end.After I was removed from the practice's list of NHS patients as I had not been for so long (the period being lockdown, where they would not let me book any routine checkups) I returned as a private patient.I needed two large fillings and a hygienist appointment, which I duly booked and paid £200 deposit for. On arriving it transpired I was only having one of the fillings done on that day and would need to rebook.There's no online booking (my vet's manages this, so come on). The phones often just ring and ring. When I emailed for an appointment I was told I could only arrange it over the phone. When I finally got through I was told they would have to call me back. That was several days ago...I think I can probably do better.
