I took part in the Nike Invincible 3 Demo Run today. It was great! The staff there were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend if you are in the area, to go into the shop for expert advice, especially if you're a runner.

Popped in to get properly fitted for shoes as I’m getting back into running after a recent injury. The service from Ivan was excellent and he explained in great detail with video analysis which shoes would suit my running form and needs the best. Overall a very good experience!

I had to book online to make an appointment, to ensure safe Covid-19 practice. I wore a mask during my appointment and received excellent 1 on 1 service to check my running style/gait. The staff member then used his specialist knowledge to determine the correct style of shoes for me. He gave me 3 different brands to try on and run on the treadmill with.

The best experience! Kali was welcoming, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. Came away v happy with my new trainers and wasn't rushed or pushed to buy. Gait analysis useful rather than full of jargon. Perfect. Would recommend.

So on advice from podiatrist yesterday, I called the store manager John this morning. I explained my situation (painful Tailor’s bunion) and he listened carefully, asked a few questions and advised coming in. I was really impressed with the time he gave me.I called into the store late this afternoon (driving in from Blairgowrie) and was greeted by a super friendly guy called Romain. John was briefly out nut he actually was aware of my situation which again impressed my. Romain gave me good advice and allowed my to try out the shoes my podiatrist had suggested I tried. By that time John had returned and they both gave me so much care, time and could advise. In the end I didn’t buy the shoes because I felt they weren’t quite solving my problem.There was no pressure, just great suggestions and I will definitely return when my issue settles down a little more. A very well stocked store and two outstandingly helpful people. Thanks to you both and hope to ree you again soon. John
