So much wrong with this extremely sub-standard service from all angles, from completely unhelpful opening times for parents right through to the staff who get things wrong putting incorrect sizes in bags. Finally decided to order from their website which disappointed further: took payment with a 14 day order promise but no sign of it after 28 days and no communication either. They have the monopoly with the shop next door to the school but provide a shocking service with an inflated price. I hope they see this review but doubt they will bother about it. Save yourself the headache and choose another provider if you can find one. 0 stars.

Very poor!Website and school newsletter stated shop is open till 5.30 when I went at 4.55 the lady did not want to serve and said she has shut shop!!! Not the first time the details of opening and closing times have been incorrect!!!
