Went here, there and everywhere looking for our first caravan and managed to stumble across this place by accident. What an absolute stroke of luck! Henry and Robert absolute top guys. Told Robert what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend and we ended up with the perfect caravan, for less than our maximum price. No hard sell and to be honest he probably could've got more money out of me being a caravan novice. I thought it seemed a bargain at the time and we've been waiting for something to go wrong but 6 months on, absolutely no issues. Honest as they come, delivered when agreed and explained everything perfectly. Thanks guys.

Myself, my wife Anna and daughter Cora-Mai are now the proud owners of our first Bailey Unicorn Cordoba tourer caravan, all made possible by the expertise, friendliness and fantastic service from Bobby and Henry at Caravans Direct UK. From our very first meeting, when Bobby kindly stayed over closing time to allow us to make the hours journey from Liverpool so we could view the caravan, to Henry delivering our caravan, free of charge to our park destination, we can not thank them enough. We would highly recommend taking a trip to Caravans Direct UK, you will not be disapointed.

First time buy for the wife and I and what a wonderful experience Henry and Robert have made it for us.From a warm welcome to a relaxed and pleasant talk about what we were looking for. Henry had just the caravan we were looking for. We were then left to look at the caravan with no pushy sales at all. Once we were happy with the caravan we chose, Henry was very helpful and showed us in depth everything we needed to know and explained what we would need for our first caravan adventure.Once we made the purchase, a pick up date was agreed and on arrival, a thorough working handover was done by Robert who expertly explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked, then helped us to hitch up and check everything over with the connection between car and caravan. Overall can’t praise everyone enough at Caravans Direct. Wish all buying experiences were this good. Highly recommend here if you need to buy an excellent used caravan.

We've been looking for a budget caravan for our first tourer and we came here on a recommendation of a friendly couple we met by chance at a different caravan dealership. That turned out to be very lucky - we immediately found the prices to be much more reasonable and the caravans much less compromising.Henry and Robert treated us like we were buying a £30k caravan, even though we weren't even spending a fraction on that. They spent a long time will me explaining everything I needed to know about caravanning and went above and beyond sharing everything they could with us. We had forgotten our adapter for the power and Henry threw us one in to help us get moving.It's safe to say, that these guys have earned their 4.9 rating and we won't be shopping anywhere else in future for caravans!

We bought our latest caravan from Caravans Direct LTD. We saw a van at a very reasonable price online and decided to drive the 40 miles to view it. What a warm welcome we received from Henry and Robert. There was no pressure to buy and Henry was happy to answer any questions. We arranged to buy the caravan. The change over was smooth and stress free. Robert supplied and fitted a motor mover at a great price and went through everything to ensure we were satisfied with the caravan. Henry wouldn’t take payment until we were 100 percent happy.Excellent service and would highly recommend these guys

We have just bought our very first caravan from Caravans Direct UK. We found a caravan we were interested in and travelled from the midlands to see. Met Henry who was very helpful and let us look around and didn’t rush us at all. Answered all our questions of which there was many being first time buyers.Henry was a pleasure to deal with and extremely friendly. We asked about having a motor mover fitted - yep no problem. Gave advice about towbars and all other bits needed for a first timer.On handover, Henry’s son Robert gave us a thorough working handover and showed us how to operate the motor mover.All in all, an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend Caravans Direct UK.Update:Having been the proud owners of our van for about 8 months, a small problem came to light after the annual service. I contacted Henry again for some advice without having to return the van to be looked at. Again Henry and Robert have surpassed any expectations and helped with getting the repair completed locally and taking some of the cost on.I can’t praise Caravans Direct enough. If I was in the market for another, I’d be looking here first with the knowledge that I’m buying from honest and trustworthy sellers who stick to their word and are “always here for me”If I could have written another review I would so adding an update will have to do.Thank you Henry & Robert, we are very happy customers.

Praise to Henry & Robert of Caravans Direct UK, Bought our Lunar Quasar 462 2018 from them early September 2021, these guys are true gentleman.This being our first caravan purchase and knowing very little about caravans apart from what I’ve learned recently both Henry & Robert were professional and courteous from first point of contact and made us feel welcome and at ease.Both answered all our questions and gave good advice too, this being all new to me & the wife.We left happy knowing we had overnight to make a decision on the purchase to which we bought the next day.Surpassed all expectations on getting the caravan ready for us to meet a required delivery date, I can certainly say I wouldn’t hesitate to return and buy again from them in the future.We’ve had 4 long weekends away in our van now and has been the best decision we have made and regret not doing it sooner.We traveled from Chesterfield to Oldham for our new purchase and was definitely worth the trip, had no issues with the caravan and I’m sure knowing Henry & Robert now, if I did they would do whatever they could to resolve.Handover on collection from Robert was second to none, very knowledgeable and all aspects of operation explained, piece of mind knowing everything works as it should and having basic knowledge explained before driving away.Massive thanks Henry, Robert & Co at Caravans Direct uk highly recommended & trustworthy seller.

We took delivery of our Bailey Pegasus last week after a seamless purchase, handover and delivery from father and son duo Henry and Robert of Caravans Direct Oldham. Henry and Robert took as much time as we needed to ensure we understood the sophisticated control systems and operations of our new van; our previous experience of caravanning was the era of gas mantels and earwigs in the beds, no showers and toilets! The Bailey is immaculate and service was faultless, including delivery to Beeford in East Yorkshire, with Ruben the dog co-piloting for Henry, all at a great price. A pleasure to do business with this company and highly recommended.
