I'm sorry but I've had no option but to update my review. In the past I've had to wait up to 2-3 months to get an engineer to repair my cameras. They are QUICK to take your money for a warranty renewal but even that is a joke. Wildlife got to my wires because they had been installed so low and had no cover to protect them and after 3 weeks of phone calls and emails I get told I'll have to find another firm locally to do my repair and it's not covered by their joke of a warranty SHOCKING.

i had an issue with my system as i recently changed my router. I left a message for call back and they called at precisely the time they promised. I spoke with a guy named Joe and he was extremely helpful and patient in resolving the issue and in also answering my questions. Great service.

This company is a disgrace from the poor customer service to the poor quality of products and cameras.. Paid over £600 for cameras and had nothing but problems. Night vision picks up nothing. Main box that records constantly turns on and off.. Then the ultimate rip off. If you change internet provider you have to pay them £35 to get your cameras working again. This companies only motivation is to rip you off. Worst company i've ever dealt with. I just wish i looked at their reviews before i decided to give them my hard earned money. Do yourself a favour people and don't give these scum a penny of your moneyAlso look how all the recent reviews are suddenly good reviews In relation to what everyone is moaning about. It’s clear as day the recent positive reviews are probably all fake reviews from the company themselves..

The service provided by Jacob today 29/3/18 was absolutely perfect and professional. I have nothing but praise for this gentleman, he kept me informed of everything he was doing and double checked that all was working before leaving me. Had 4 cameras installed at my home, top package complete with IR. over 1K.Cameras fitted professionally, informed Securico CCTV that the back garden camera does not have IR, was told they would send an engineer, Great news....No, we stayed in 3 times after making appointments with them, each time last minute they cancelled.Talking to the Financial ombudsman to get a full refund as sold a faulty product and no customer care.Beware this company, once they leave your house your on your own, no customer service nothing!!!!

Really disappointing. I was originally impressed with the initial point of contact and the detail they went through at the point of sale but that’s where it ends. The two gentlemen who installed the cameras and hard drive were amature at best, clumsy and didn’t seem to have an idea of what they were doing. Immediately once the units were installed I was asked the write a Trustpilot review and handed their tablet. I agreed I would but wanted to check the work carried out before writing one. I was later told to write a review before they left - I didn’t! At this point the installation wasn’t working as we were still awaiting for our broadband to be installed - not the problem of Securico but was promised it was a case of plug and play. It wasn’t. Once the broadband was installed I called up and was booked in for a callback. They couldn’t get the system working so had to be re-booked as he had to do another callback! The system now ‘works’ but the notifications don’t and this has been dragging on since June. The latest was I was booked in for a phone call at 4 today. I waited until 4:30 before calling and was advised they’ve been busy and they would try and get someone to call today. I explained I especially left work early. I was then advised someone would definitely call back. At 17:15 I called again. The gentlemen on the phone yet again was very polite and said I was next to be called - NOTHING! A wasted half day off. This is just a snap shot of their incompetence and poor customer service so I would advise you choose very carefully before making your purchase. I’m glad I didn’t write that initial Trustpilot review but will endeavour to do so in due course.

Great product and great support from their technical team. Had a slight problem accessing my Away device and Joe from the Technical team helped resolve it and help us understand what the issue was. Was very clear and concise and a breath of fresh air to deal with. Ryan from Sales is also very good to deal with. Thanks.

Started off ok then kept cancelling or changing appointments to a ridiculous amount of times over 5 times in 3 months and still no camera same old excuse. (3 cancellations for the previous camera disgusting . )Delayed at last client and need to reschedule that's ok once or twice but 5 times for the same appointment a week after week Would never use them again, now found someone who treats the client with respect they deserve and a better service.Also new engineer looked at the work done and said it is very poor, even said I should have had HD system which i thought they had put in.They treat clients like chewing gum toss you away and waste your time and the support is poorAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDYou think I will give my real name?? I will not make contact as it is always me calling you for appointments and the only time you call me is when like clockwork an hour before my appointment you cancel it. I had this for 3 months YES that is how long I nagged you to fit cameras. 3 months on no cameras so you get a disgruntled review and only NOW you want to rectify it. Too little to late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.It shows how bad and desperate securico are when they ask for all negative remarks to come off trust pilot and say they did not do any service with them.
