I have booked using Destinology for several years to Maldives, Caribbean and Dubai. Craig Robinson is one of the best in the business. Highly responsive, listens well to what you’re after, and tracks down the best deals. And very patient when you take some time to make a decision. I keep going back to Craig year after year and hopefully will do for many years to come.

Anthony Pearce - phenomenal - second great experience.Booked with Destinology in 2019 to go to Mauritius. Craig Robinson was super helpful with real insights on different locations to make sure we found the right place for my daughter and I. It absolutely lived up to expectations and so there was no other place to go when choosing somewhere special for our next holiday.Fast forward to now and we have just booked a trip to St Lucia for next Christmas. Anthony Pearce could not have been more patient, responsive and helpful in navigating multiple mind changes, multiple what ifs" and calculating prices for many different options. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we had his 100% attention and help with no pushy sell / make your mind up pressure. He was willing to ask multiple questions of the hotel to make sure it was right for us. And

Destinology did a fantastic job in arranging our trip. My wife had many questions that she required answering and Craig Robinson took the time and effort to contact the hotel to ensure he had got all the details required. Craig worked really hard to secure the booking always advising his availability so we knew what was happening. Although the Destinology Team were extremely busy they ensured they put you the customer first.

Have used Destinology for all of our travel, for many years. I’ve developed a great relationship with Jo. She had just taken two bookings for my family. Nothing was too much trouble and Jo spent a great deal of time ensuring everything is just so; amazing service! Business class flights and accommodation secured and we’re totally confident that, should we need assistance, Jo will provide. Excellent!

I was badly let down by another firm, who promised the Earth, and didn’t deliver. I should’ve gone with destine ology from the outset. Zoe and Ryan have been amazing, rescued everything they made it seamless, and I’m grateful five stars.

Super impressed with Destinology.They offer a broad range of resorts at competitive prices, will book everything you need, the staff have great expertise and insight into where staying.First time using them for an upcomingholiday but certainly not the last.Special mention to Georgia Bentley for looking after us, and also Isaac who ably supported her when she was out.

The booking process was easy and Craig R was very responsive and helpful even when I wasn’t sure on which hotel to go for when booking my honeymoon. I particularly like the option to pay in as many instalments as you like using the easily accessible portal. We haven’t gone on the holiday yet but so far, excellent!

Had a brilliant holiday in Mauritius, everything was easy to sort out and it was all organised extremely well for us. Joanna Kaye was so helpful and gave us some great advice on what to do and see while over there. Would definitely use again!

We have been booking our holidays through Craig at Destinology for about 8 years now, the personal service he provides is second to none.Nothing is too much bother, even when you have a long list of questions , as I often do.Craig is knowledgeable, helpful, and is always very prompt in getting the information you require.We wouldn't hesitate in recommending both Destinology or Craig to anyone, Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. Won't ever use them again. Destinology essentially ran off with our £3k family holiday deposit after we missed a deadline for a final payment. While they say they left a voicemail with the lead passenger, they didn't contact any of the other people travelling (despite having our contact details). Also, the flights can be booked today for £1k and the hotel gives 100% refunds - so how they justify a £3k cost" is a joke. Just awful customer service. Will never use again."
