I celebrated my 60th birthday 2 weeks ago with a family Sunday lunch.Anne and her team made us extremely welcome food and service was excellent as always would highly recommend for anyone wanting to add the personal touch to their celebrations.A big thankyou to everyone.

Went for a 70th birthday party. Lovely venue. Service and food really good.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our Ruby anniversary a fortnight ago. Venue is charming and unique. Food was fantastic. Anne was extremely helpful in the planning and implementation of our celebration party. Lovely memories to treasure.

It was a beautiful venue. I went to a funeral. The food and service were amazing. So warm inside yet from outside looks like a barn on a farm, this just added to the charm.Does a Sunday lunch and they do a lovely spread for a party

If you are looking for a venue for a special event this is the place. Near to Sutton Coldfield but out in the countryside. Lovely quirky barn and the food is delicious. You are able to organise your own musical entertainment to make it a more personal celebration . Plenty of parking right outside and the owners are super helpful with planning your night.

Terrible communication from the owners. I booked this venue way back in April 2022 for my 30th birthday in July 2023. Until this week I had been told the venue would need a minimum requirement of 30 guests to be catered for.Therefore I had budgeted for this, however this week the owner stated all 90 of my guests must be catered for. Effectively forcing me to cancel the party. I had singers booked and family have already made travel and accommodation arrangements. As much as I tried the owners refused to negotiate with me. I believe they have been offered a better deal for the same date and therefore pushed me to cancel. I now have less than 3 months to find a similar venue.
