Cedar House Surgery

Appalling surgery. Tired to book appointment for my dad only to be told he hd to wait 3 weeks!!!!. At my surgery appointment are given within 3 days.

I'm sorry to see doctor lloyd retire he was the police doctor at cheadle heath police station he has helped me on so many occasions highly recommended as all the staff are beautiful

Have always managed to get appointments within a couple of days. Dr Lloyd is a lovely chap, very reassuring.

I moved to Davenport a couple of years ago and I've never had any issues with this practice. Dr Lloyd, the reception team and nurses are very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait on the phone to book an appointment for longer than 10 minutes. All in all, I think it is a good practise and would recommend

Went to Cedar House for emergency appt today for diabetic husband. Saw Dr Sheik. Absolutely first class - lovely doctor, not rushed through and left with peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough.

Possibly the worst surgery practise in the country!! Dr Lloyd is the most unprofessional person to deal with. Unfortunately, my ex has registered my daughter at the surgery and I've been trying to get hold of her medical records even after me being on their files I was declined saying they dont know me and they know the mum. Spoke to ICO and they advised me to send in SAR have sent that in detailing everything and no one has even get back in touch with me to acknowledge the receipt of my request. When I called in the staff doesnt have any update, keep telling me someone will get in touch but again no effort from anyone. I hope this practise gets deregistered! Will save a lot of people from grief and stress.Absolutely unethical!!

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. The doctor refused a smear when I was suffering with unusual symptoms. After paying private they told me to come off the medication he had prescribed as I wasn't supposed to be taking it! They also told me if the doctor wanted to then he could of referred me on the nhs. Then months later I had pain again after 2 urine samples I found out ( 6 days after the results came back) I had a urine infection. I asked the doctor to call me back asap. As I needed to know, 6 now 7 days days if it's still worth treating the infection with antibiotics and I have still not heard from him! This will be the last time I go to this practice.Also the practice is not baby/ toddler friendly. If you have a pram/ push chair your expected to leave it outside. With no shelter from the weather or protection from it being stolen!

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to keeped getting fobbed off with wait until the end of the month I was in pain for 9 days I got told that the physio could not do no more for me when private he give me a rough idea said it was some kind of arthritis had to move surgery went to marpled doctors and got a blood test straight away I think it couldd be a kind of arthritis as well
