Popped in for a replacement battery for my watch 16/07/22, The gentleman was very polite, friendly enen talked me through what he was doing. I had a great experience. This is the second time using Timpson, the previous time at Westfield Stratford 3 years earlier & received the same high standard of service & professionalism at both locations.

Absolutely rubbish service. I ordered a car key fob on 30/12/18. Was told it would be in within 5 - 7 days. First I rang and was told they had it in, only to get down there and it wasn't mine. Then I rang Sat, Sun, Mon and today. Still not in. Staff member was meant to ring me at 3pm to let me know if it had come in on today's delivery. No phone call. I rang at 4pm to be told it still wasn't in. I asked could he ring them and find out if they had one in and he was very unwilling and unhelpful and said probably out of stock. Some customer service!!! I have cancelled the order. I will never use them again!!!

I was shocked that the replacement battery fir my watch cost me £24.95 which was sold to me as a 'lifetime guarantee'. I said last time I had a battery replaced at a jewellers it cost me £7. The price is not displayed anywhere. Also I had waited for 20 mins before the repair was done. Very poor. Avoid!

Went to get my watch battery replaced and service was very friendly and fast as well as life time guarantee on battery replacements . Would recommend!

We recently had a key copy made by Dave the new manager of this branch (when he was still at the central London branch). Since it was an unusually long garden door key, we weren’t sure if the copy would work, so Dave went above and beyond to give us the copy free of charge, which really made our day. We came home and to our amazement the key works perfectly and even better than the original! If we’re ever near Charlton and need a new key, Dave is our man!

You can't get to this Timpsons if you carry a small dog! I have walked for 30min just to get my shoes fixed and thanks to this 'wonderful' shop policy, i had to go back and wasted my time for nothing. Will never return as they are clearly don't need business.
