Beautiful little cafe in prime location. Excellent selection of cakes, food and drinks, at a very reasonable price. Staff were all really helpful and helpful. Recommended.

One of the best Cafe I’ve been to in Newcastle, staff, cafe, atmosphere all 5* rating for me. Very very clean. You will not be disappointed :) cheers guys will be back soon!!

Beautiful cafe and it has halal option. The drinks were amazing, service was great, staff were friendly and I absolutely loved the aesthetic of the cafe. However I do wish there were more options on the menu, as it was very limited, even with cakes but the food was still nice. Overall I do recommend this place.

This was our first visit here. The restaurant looks cute and inviting from the outside, and the decor inside is really nice. The staff are pleasant enough, but the service was quite slow. The table next to us ordered after us, but were served their food first.When our food came it was apparent it was very simply made and not of great quality. I was not happy at being asked to pay before I had even taken a bite! Then when tasting the food, I instantly realised why they ask you to pay first…… because it is not good at all! Dry, boring, badly put together and without any care or imagination. Our first and last visit here, which is a shame, because it is a lovely looking restaurant in a prime location. Please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Food was not that interesting, isn’t amazing quality and overpriced. Coffee was not great the cappuccino was like hot milk with 0 coffee. Really weird atmosphere in this place felt slightly uncomfortable the whole time. She placed our food down infront of us and went that will be £18 … and took her card machine out before we could take a bite. It’s like okay here’s your food, now pay ….. okay now you can enjoy it.Saw a previous reply to comment saying it avoids people playing at the till. But you should either have a cafe style service or a restaurant style service where you pay at the end - never in my life had I experienced this. Felt like you weren’t trusted to pay at the end as if you’re gonna eat the food and run out.

Really nice coffee and amazing chicken sandwich! The atmosphere was really nice. The service was mixed. Our original server who took us to our table was great and nice. The one who then took our order and brought our food/drinks was slow and for some reason asked me to pay for my food just as she set it down on the table! She had only just set it down and she had the card machine in my face saying ‘how was everything’ well I don’t know because you are taking payment before i’ve taken a sip or a bite, let alone finished my meal! Very odd!

Asked for Turkish coffee with Turkish delight as advertised, waitress didn't inform us that there were no Turkish delights. Charged us full price 9.00 for 2 coffees and charged to include the Turkish delights, I mentioned it once I looked at the receipt - no discount offered, or refund. They shouldn't be advising things that are not available and upon ordering it would be nice to know when something isn't available rather than charge customers a full price, felt a bit robbed. Waitress seemed half asleep, not very friendly. Disappointing experience. Good customer service skills were certainly not demonstrated on our visit.

Nice food, coffee and friendly staff. We sat downstairs and thought the vibe was a bit strange, feels like you’re in the basement of a bar and was a bit chilly. Also thought being asked to pay for food at the table before receiving it comes across as a bit cheeky as it’s table service only. A tad pricey at nearly £10 for a toastie. And the menu advertises a ‘vegan option’ for feta on sourdough which is actually just the same thing, for the same price, just without feta.

Very pretty atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing, place also looked clean. However staff not very present and took a while to get a coffee. Expensive food and drink. There’s also a lot of really negative reviews which makes me think it’s not worth going back, shame

The staff are absolutely incredible, warm, friendly and caring people. It’s one of my favourite places in Newcastle and the menu is something to commended.The interior and exterior design of the shop is stunning and the hygiene is always top-tier.And the Turmeric Latte is a work of art.Absolutely perfect place to go for a nice selection of beautiful drinks all: hot, cold and alcoholic.And the food is just… wow.10/10 place
