Absolutely diabolical. Sat for 3 hours having a dye and when they finished my hair looked the same as when I went in. When I said I was not happy to be sat for 3 hours with bleach in my hair I was told it was a mild bleach (there is no such thing). I also said that they should have told me I was having a trainee do my hair. They said she was fully qualified. Well you could have fooled me.

I got an appointment the same day so I didn't have to wait. The customer service was great and they did a great job cutting my hair and is a lot cheaper than many other places.

That is the second time now my hair has not been done properly, all different tones, not even, roots still visible and patchy. I have used this salon for years but unfortunately I will not be back.
