Helpful and adaptable when we asked for a change in flower colour. Flowers arrived when they were needed. Shop was a bit cramped for a blind man and his guide dog. Were greeted by the dog host and much wagging of tails ensued!

Ordered a christmas table decoration and it was stunning! Hope the pic comes out ok but even that dosent do it justice. New years day and it's still going strong. Have to mention the adorable dog who also greeted us :) all the best for 2020 we will def order again.

The flowers for my wedding were absolutely beautiful, Mandy did such a great job. Even the gift boxes she made up were incredible. So helpful from the start and so friendly. I would definitely recommend the flower box and will be using them from now on.

I ordered flowers online for the first time from The Flower Box. Then realised I'd made a mistake. I telephoned the shop and the lady corrected my error without any fuss! Very kind and professional.Also, I received a phone from my family members absolutely raving about the flowers!I was delighted as sometimes the flowers are a bit disappointing compared to online photos. This florist did not disappoint!I look forward to ordering again from the wonderful Flower Box!

Great wee shop :) have used Mandy on many occasions for personal orders and also for business orders. Never fails to impress. Reasonably priced compared to others in the town and fabulous customer service.

Got flowers delivered for a relatives birthday she was delighted with them . Woman in the shop very friendly and helpful . Her assistant dog very nice too .Will definetly go back

I live in Essex and phoned for birthday flowers to be delivered to a friend in the same area on a Saturday !! They was beautiful and my friend was very happy with them! Of course when you order by phone you have no idea how they will be delivered!! I can honestly say full marks and would totally recommend and use in the future! Many Thanks Flowerbox!!
