I booked 3 cabs to pick up at Ballymena train station today. It was for a group of care home residents. The train was app. 3 mins late. I watched a man with crutches hammer on the glass of 2 taxis. I was waiting for my residents. The taxis drive of . One had the man who was hammering on the doors. Whats that all about. Disgusting and embarrassing

I wouldn't recommend this taxi company. Last week I got a taxi rude driver very unprofessional. Asking us to hurry up as he has another call. Won't recommend this company at all especially if you have a mobility walker

Driver was over 10 minutes late. Rude staff member answered the phone, yelled, and hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

a year ago I could give 10 points out of 10, but I don't understand what is happening now. When ordering a taxi on Saturday, the phone is not picked up at all. When you call and try to make a reservation, you are told that you don't know how many taxis are available because schools are back, so you should call in the evening. It's a pity for the owner who loses money with bad employees (who take orders)

I reserved a bus due to the passenger count, but E-cabs altered the reservation to a car without my approval. I phoned E-cabs to express my concern, and the person who answered the call was impolite and didn't offer an apology. The driver departed because he couldn't accommodate all five of us, leaving us in a difficult situation.

Booked a taxi for the same time on 2 consecutive days, both times my address must of been taken wrong as taxi went to different address. Driver apologized for mistake. On the third attempt to book a taxi, there was no answer. It seems as though my calls are being ignored now. It's a shame as they used to be a great taxi firm. Ps. On my second attempt to book, I emphasized the part of my address which was mistaken on the previous day. My address was not repeated back to me on any occasion.
