Chain Bridge
Had a lovely impromptu lunch after a local shopping trip.Food was very good and I was really impressed with gluten free menu. Good value for money too.The staff were very welcoming and obliging. We would definitely recommend and will be returning .

Beautiful place with lovely staff.We a group of 20 people had an amazing time at this place.Thank you to kitchen staff who extend there hours just for us.Atmosphere was festive.Staff is very good and cooperative.Amazing service.Will definitely recommend this place for celebrations.

Went for a meal here tonight, the BBQ chicken wings were raw, then were told that this was not their fault as it arrives at the restaurant pre-cooked to which then they simply reheat them to serve. The mozzarella dough balls had little to no cheese and the loaded fries was not worth £8.50! With the mains, I had the mixed grill which I asked for medium rare, the steak was more rare.The out front service was disappointing, not supplying cutlery, had to take the starter back as it was incomplete.Overall not very good experience and won’t be comming back.

My partner and I had a excellent meal at The Chain Bridge, the staff Louise, Sue & Rachael were wonderful, we were greeted, seated and fed well, the table was cleaned prior to us being seated, my partner noticed that a new cleaning cloth was used on our table which was nice. The food was fresh hot and a good portion size, the team were friendly, professional and attentive. We also noted how clean the place was and there wasn't any smell of cooking in the air, a big Thank you to the kitchen staff for the very enjoyable meal.

Popped in to chain bridge tonight for a bite to eat, had the rib starter, margarita pizza, and spicy chicken pizza. Must say the food was spot on.It is a wood fired pizza, and the taste was one of the best we have had for a long time. So will be going back soon.Thank you, too, Ryan the chef for great food, and Ann, the manager for a great atmosphere.

Popped in for a little bit of food with my wife.Ordered some burgers and a starter two drinks.However my burger didnt arrive. I am sure I said it but must have not been clear enough. Honestly my own fault, especially as I hadn't been charged for it. They kept apologizing.The staff went out of their way to get my burger out asap. Such a decent crew on shift that day.Highly recommend, and the food is good too.Thanks very much.

What a shame. This place has gone downhill in the past 2 years. It’s no longer a “two for one” and standards have sadly slipped. We stopped going and following receiving some vouchers through our door, we did return. On one occasion, the steak was tough, on another there was no mixed grill - what? The Staff seem unhappy, the place is lacklustre to say the least. The service is poor, it wasn’t busy and yet we waited 40 minutes, for 2 simple main courses. The prices do not represent very good value.Management take note, you need to up your game. There are many good independent pubs in the area, so that’s where we will go. Frankly, I’m surprised you get any repeat custom.Could be so much better.

Curry Night plus a nicely cooked steak. Friendly staff. We have eaten here several times. Local to the area , moved here around 4 months ago. Nice stroll, good price and well cooked. Thank you. Will be back (many times and to the quizzes)
