We Love Pets High Wycombe

The team have been looking after our house rabbits when we go away for 18 months now and we are really happy with their service. When we go away they visit our house twice a day to feed, clean out and play with Rupert and Lola. Contrary to popular belief, rabbits are complex pets to have and need near constant monitoring as their health has the potential to deteriorate very rapidly. The team gives us great confidence whilst we are away that any issues will be dealt with whether that be a health issue or them having found something to chew that they shouldn't have. The team are proactive and can follow our instructions well. Kevin in particular is really loving and kind with the rabbits and we know that they love when he visits. Steph and Jen make it feel like nothing is too much of a problem and we get regular updates on watsapp with videos and pictures to put our overbearing bunny parent minds at rest. All in all we can't thank them enough as it means we don't have to stress the rabbits out by sending them away for a week. A big thanks to the team!

We Love Pets High Wycombe have been coming in to my dog on various days over the last few months. Steph and Liddy are particularly reliable and I fully trust them with my dog. I have an ever changing work schedule and they always fit around me and even come in to him at short notice, or are flexible if I need to cancel a day with them. He loves seeing them and I always feel happy knowing he has been walked and fussed by them. They always send me a message and sometimes a picture to say how he has been and let me know he is okay. Would highly recommend!

Steph and Lydia make a great team, they are warm and caring people. They are professional and always prepared with things that even we don't always think of.We use them for Stan's needy needs (our cat) on a regular basis. They will come in and check up on him, feed him and play with him and he is very comfortable around them and always comes to greet them with excitement (which we don't always get ourselves). We trust them implicitly with our furry baby and have no hesitation in using them for any animal need. We had an unusual emergency request recently where we had to help a stray dog and they went above and beyond in helping with their expertise and guidance for the stray dog's cares. This put both us and the dog at great ease. We cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot rate these guys enough. My dogs absolutely love their walks and are so excited when they see the red jacket come to the door! You can tell each and every walker absolutely loves what they do, the dogs always come back tired and super happy. It’s the little touches too like photo/video updates of walks and even a lovely little personalised Christmas gift for each of my dogs. And the communication from the team is second to none. Truly excellent service. Highly recommend.

They are the best around! My dog adores them all and they give a great service that doesn't break the bank.I work freelance so my schedule often changes last minute and We Love Pets always work hard to help accommodate this and keep my dog safe and cared for. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was looking for someone to take my puppy out as we were all self isolating due to Covid-19 and I came across “We love Pets High Wycombe “.As soon as I spoke to Steph and explained that I needed help with my puppy, she organised things quickly enough to start helping me that same day.Steph, Lydia and Sarah have all been very professional at all times and very caring with my puppy. They took him out and he came back home each time very happy and wanting more walks. We also got photo and video updates of my puppy’s walks which was a rather nice touch. Moreover, they even went the extra mile and offered me to get me any shopping that I needed due to the fact that we couldn’t go out ourselves.I was delighted with the service that they have provided to us and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to use their services without doubt.Thank you so much to Steph, Lydia and Sarah. You have been of great help!!!

Our Furry kids, Barney and Dixie enjoy their walks with the girls from We love pets High Wycombe. (we’ve had the dogs long enough to know). They settled in very quickly, . As for the walkers, friendly , efficient, reliable, flexible are words I’d use. The girls clearly enjoy what they do which makes a huge difference, we’ve had them walking the dogs for about 6 months and all is good. Excellent service.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found We Love Pets & would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! The team are incredibly knowledgeable, reliable and go above and beyond to help. After a year of furlough & lockdowns it was nerve wracking to return to work and I was filled with immense guilt leaving my dog home alone after so much time with little time apart. Steph was absolutely incredible with her, and spent lots of time reacclimatising her to meeting new people (… & dogs!) again. These guys are so much more than a service, they love and understand animals. We would be lost without them!

Steph & Lydia have been exceptionally helpful looking after Rosie & Lucky! Long walks, training & advice, wiping their paws, drying their coats, making sure they have fresh water and treats! Nothing is too much bother and I always feel I can ask them. Often having to ask for their help at short notice and they are always able to accommodate! I would struggle without these guys and most importantly the dogs loves seeing them! Thoroughly recommend!

Steph has been fantastic with our puppy. We have such peace of mind knowing she is well looked after and having fun when we can't be with her. It is obvious Steph loves her job and Holly (the puppy) loves her! We're very grateful for We Love Pets High Wycombe and couldn't ask for a better service!
