Thank you so much for arranging the funeral flowers for my father's deceased wife recently. My father chose the pink massed heart, which he was exceptionally pleased with and looked very poignant on the coffin. Incredible service provided despite the lack of time to arrange, the ladies on the end of the phone were very helpful and polite, thank you also for adding our messages onto the flowers and delivering them on time to the funeral directors.

Such a great experience from the start - ease of ordering on line, simple to use, the prompt delivery of flowers to the recipient & a fantastic response from the recipient when she received them. I chose a beautiful autumn arrangement from the website and when they were delivered, they looked fresh & fabulous. The recipient sent me a photo and said they smelt amazing .

I have given three stars because my order was delivered on the correct day and the flowers were fresh. However, in my opinion, the delivered basket was not really a country flower arrangement and as such was poor value for money. I have attached a photo of the country basket from the website and a photo of what was delivered. The website depicts a standard basket. Three sizes were available - standard, medium and large. My order is a large basket. No response to my website contact sent in the day of delivery. Photos posted so that other customers are made aware of what they are actually ordering.

Ordered pretty pastel flowers by choice but this is the bunch that was delivered. sk questions via website, no one response. I was not even sure if the flowers were delivered.

I ordered a heart of red flowers for my late Mum's celebration of life. The order was the same as I had ordered on behalf of my Mum for my Dad January 2022. Both hearts of flowers were stunning and I was made to feel as if I was the only customer. ie. I mattered. Thank you

Very happy with the service, easy to order online and hassle free.Flowers were delivered on the day at the correct time for my Mums Birthday, the delivery person was extremely welcoming.The bunch of flowers look stunning not the cheapest maybe but get what you pay for.Highly recommend.
