Highly recommend this local company. From first contact to finishing the job they were responsive, professional and efficient throughout. The work was carried out to the highest standard, friendly and very courteous guys. Great advice given about what would best suit my needs, I am highly satisfied with the system that was installed. Overall, a fantastic company with an excellent local reputation.

Called out for a faulty alarm panel. PFS arrived at time arranged and did a good and thorough job.Under a week later we needed to call them again as the fault reoccurred. Me being the idiot, disconnected the wires to the control panel as it was noisy and 6 am!I forgot that being an alarm company they provide cover 24/7.Arranged a further call out. Fault rectified and advised to call PFS if this happens again for advice, thus probably not necessitating a further call out.I know the second call out incurred afurther call out charge, but as I caused an exacerbation of the problem I totally accept this charge.Both call outs were reasonably priced and the service exemplary. I'd deffo continue to use PFS in future, and promise not to disassemble my alarm again.ThanksTony Travis

A great company to deal with. They have serviced our house alarm for a number of years, & service costs are really good. We had a full new alarm system fitted a couple of weeks ago as we wanted an app based system. The first install failed after 1 day due to a faulty alarm panel - a totally unforeseen problem. They were back the same day to fit a new unit so we weren't without an alarm, & they then made a couple of changes to the set up I requested remotely. Basically nothing is too much trouble, & prices are always very reasonable.

PFS F & S go above and beyond expectations. I can't thanks them enough, for their patience and eye to detail! If you're searching for reliability and great service then this is the company. Personal thanks to Dean, always there to help - even on a Sunday!

I contracted PFS Fire & Security to install a new intercom with GSM interface. They are a 5-star outfit: extremely professional, timely and their attention to small details is impressive (such as providing options for best location of equipment to touching up and making good during the install).

Our fire alarm had been set off accidentally and we couldn't get it to stop ringing!PFS where very helpful. They told us how to turn off the alarm over the phone, and then came out to reset the alarm later in the day. It was a call out on a Saturday, but after calling several emergency alarm specialists, PFS where the only one's to pick up!Very helpful and made sure we knew how to reset the alarm if this happened again. Thank you very much!

PFS have been first class from the first phonecall to the install.Very professional company that actually listen to what you require and non of that hard sell of extras that you don't really need.The lads that installed my system was very polite and informed me through the day what was happening,The cable managment is fantastic (even in the loft)!!At the end of the install I was run through how to use the system and the lads made sure the house was as tidy as when they arrived.They don't sell you rubbish the system is amazing for the money.Pay that little bit more for quality, you'll get that with PFS.

We have just had CCTV installed and alarm system upgraded by PFS Fire & Security. The whole project from quotes through to installation was carried out calmly and courteously and completed on time - nothing was too much trouble. They are a professional and technically competent company and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
