Amazing child friendly staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. Jack is super professional & great at his job. Definitely recommend. Visited both Bakewell & Dore shops. Dore was our favorite, due to girls in shop! Overall experience - fabulous!Look forward to our return in 6 months.

Right from the door, you know you are in great hands!The team took time explaining what was happening at each stage of my visit - reception to tests to consultation to finance - that I didn't even have any questions to ask. LolThe selection of frames are unique and lovely.Such a great experience!

First time I have been to The Eye Place to have my ear wax removed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience and a lot better than the ear syringing I have had over the years at my GPs. I would highly recommend this type of ear wax removal for those who are a little unsure, definitely worth the cost for me !!

I took my Nan for an eye test here yesterday, mainly because it's close to where she lives. I've previously took her to other places and didn't find the level of customer service there to what The Eye Place offered. My nan is nearly deaf and the optician was so patient and friendly with her it made her day. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful opticians! Took my 6 year old in today after constantly getting glasses from larger suppliers where the arms snap off so easy. Can’t praise the staff enough. The man (and lady) who dealt with us engaged with my son straight away and made what is normally a difficult experience fantastic. He had him chatting away and he came out bouncing. Nothing was too much trouble and even after spending 10 mins making up their super hero football team I didn’t feel rushed out or unheard. Thank you
