Westcountry Blinds

We have used Westcountry blinds several times to replace or repair some Intu blinds fitted to our tilt and turn windows. The team there are very friendly and reliable. We have great punctual service from them and have always had professional technicians visit for fitting and repairs. No hesitation in recommending them!

Superb service, I have a 3 metre12 year old blind among others from Westcountry blinds, this particular one developed a fault and on contacting Westcountry blinds they not only found the blind and details on their system but advised me they are no longer made but still managed to contact the manufacturer and obtained an obsolete part repaired the blind for my collection and only charged a small amount for the repair. What an absolute pleasure to deal with a company that cares about past customers and products they supply and install. Highly recommended.

We have had excellent after-care service from West Country Blinds.We were advised to send a photo of a broken pulley on our outdoor blind to them & Lewis, made enquiries on our behalf to source a replacement. He sent a photo to us to check the new pulley would be compatible & then posted it off to us free of charge.All is working fine again now & we are so grateful for their efficient service on quite a small part but nevertheless important to us.Grateful Thanks Lewis & the team.

A wide choice of blinds, but an 8 week wait as they are so in demand!Fitted quickly and efficiently by a friendly and knowledgeable technician which indicated good training and experience. Would recommend this company especially as it is a local business. Very pleased with results. The finishing touch to some home improvements!

I would say exceptional from start to finish - I can't praise Westcountry blinds highly enough - they did a whole houseful of curtains and blinds for our new build, including Blindspace (built into the ceiling) blinds which required liaison with our builders. Supplied and fitted to a very high standard, and brilliant after sales care for some minor issues that were corrected with no fuss and very promptly.

The electric blind ordered works well and does exactly what it's supposed to. Motor needed was delayed of which I wasn't told and so fitted later than promised. After fitting, works brilliantly, fitter was good, pleasant and friendly but blind looked unfinished. It was like buying a new car, worked well but a couple of panels missing. Would buy again but prepared to complete afterwards.
