Good large busy site well signed. Health and safety oriented good loading and unloading staff very helpful and professional covid aware. Facilities are OK

No place for owner drivers to be loading, take so long ,as the two so called main yard guys sit and watch as trucks stand hours. While people play on phones in loading office.

Everytime I come here, I have nothing but bad experiences! The staff here are rude! Its as though they do not want to be here. People who come to Marley to pick up stock, are your customers! You lot need to learn customer service. If I was the manager I would sack them all and get people who want to work here!!

Horrible place, couple (well one….maybe two decent lads on the forklift) the reception you get from the two at the loading desk is abysmal, even their own employees ain’t got much good to say about them, miserable with attitude problems, maybe it’s time Marley invested in their employees doing some customer care courses, or get rid of them!!!!!!

The guy on the desk is so so miserable I felt like finding a big rock some rope and a lake.

Forklift drivers are decent lads, shame the two that i dealt with at the hatch regarding my delivery and reload seem to be misearble with zero people skills!!!! This is the burton on trent plant!!!!

Not the worst place to get loaded but certainly not the best. Couple of the forkie lads are spot on, others are just miserable. Loading time needs to be quicker too. Can be sat here for couple hours at times waiting to even get seen.
