This company has been absolutely amazing when adapting my WAV through the motability scheme. All the staff are so helpful and kind. They really know their stuff too! All of my adaptions are fantastic, they knew how to handle my wheelchair, went through every little detail with me and were just really patient in showing me how to use everything. Cannot recommend this company enough! Especially if you are a relatively new wheelchair user (like me) and you’re not quite confident in what you need/want yet. They’ll sort you out!

I cannot recommend AIC enough, my hoist stopped working and I was due to attend a concert in Birmingham that evening. From the time I first called AIC who said to bring my vehicle straight there, it took less than 2 hours (including 30 minutes to travel there) to get there, have it fixed and be on my way again. A truly outstanding service and everyone I came into contact with were beyond friendly and helpful.

I've been using City Motor Services now for over 10 years and my late brother used them for our adaptions and always been very happy with the adaptions and work carried out. Only today had Debbie come and visit me at home to advise on additional adaptions I may need for my new car which I didn't even think of so that will help me a lot. Debbie Carey the manager of City Motors kindly traveled 20 miles to my home to collect my car to have the transfer plates fitted and brought the car back to me the next day. They get a 5* From Me

The motobility rep for this company came to the house to demonstrate on a lap the workings of a hoist he saw our present car and the scooter my wife uses the scooter weights 29 kg he recommended an 80kg hoist he arrived early for the appointment and spoke to my wife as I was out of the house .During a further telephone conversation with the rep he tells me that we wood have to take the chair off the scooter which is not possible and remove part of the back seat so we have now going to another company the scooter dimensions are 34x21.5x18 inches folded

Excellent service - but extortionate pricing.3 hours @ £70/hr to fit pedals to a Fiesta, is, imo, too much.It's a shame that there is no competition.
