I have bought a lovely car for my daughter from Luke. His service has been superb and his communication second to none. We had a few problems with delivery but these were sorted and I was always kept aware of how things were progressing. Luke even popped the car on a lorry and delivered it himself. Thank you !!!

Do not use!!!! sold an Audi A6 that had been in a huge smash but also had an mot the day I picked it up. both chassis legs were shockingly repaired and o/s sill was bent I took car to a local body shop and he said it wasn’t fit for the road. then argued that the car was perfectly fine when it left I had to get trading standards involved and that car hasn’t been put back on the road since absolutely disgusting customer service and attitude

Great service! I purchased my first car from Coopers and Luke was really helpful and informative. Due to my distance from Wales, we had a video call and he showed me the car, mentioned all the details and arranged a delivery to my door. The car got delivered within a week with a new MOT and 3 month warranty. Since then, I've had an issue with the car but Luke was quick to respond, found the part online and reimbursed the fee. I would highly recommend them.

Really good guys, I was after a car and someone had already put deposit down, but gave me first refusal and were true to their word. Next day I got the call and that night I bought my car. Arrived with new MOT and New service. The car is in mint condition, and I love it. The whole experience was really great. Good friendly team, as a woman on my own turning up I got treated well and whole thing was super relaxed etc :)

Please every body stay away from this place coppers car sales cearphilly.luke the sales man likes to talk rubbish .I was told my car wash serviced before purchase .No way in the world was it .had my car 2 months out of the 3 months warranty. Then still had to take it to a real mechanic as the car over revs an water pours from the engine . Just STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE .

Great garage. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new car. Part ex’d my car easily to swap for a bigger one. Popped back to sort my private plates out and asked if they could have a look at my a/c for me (needed in this weather) and re-gassed it for free! Brilliant considering it would’ve cost £150 in quick fit! Thankyou guys :)

Just bought a Nissan Qashqai from here dealing with Luke. Exchanged my car which they gave a fair price for. It was fantastic service. Honest and fair with everything. Managed to get the car ready for me a day earlier as I wasn’t able to collect any other day, even gave it an MOT so I’m sorted for the year. Bought a mini countryman for my wife. Luke and the team were great during purchase and afterwards. Being AA approved and the standard 3 month warranty has given us piece of mind. Where there were minor issues with the car post purchase, they were dealt with - the mechanics are so helpful and really know their stuff.
